    Another awesome video WD840!
This shows why there is no comparison to JS7. No disrespect to any other riders, but James was just another level. Best 125/250 lites rider ever

They should do some throw back tracks on the super cross series this year. So glad I grew up watching James and watched him race Ricky at hangtown

Its actually mind blowing how tremendous his results are with the way he rides. Maybe the most checkers or wreckers rider of all time. And when I say that I don't mean a reckless talentless idiot who likes speed. But he did NOT want to coast to a win. He could be completely checked out and still trying to gain seconds on the track. Simply built different. Glad he retired with the amount of head hits. Now we get to hear his clear insights after the races and sometimes during... Love it

We always hear that he did his first scrub at budds creek in 03, but it looks like a pretty decent scrub at 5:41, and it was before budds creek if I'm not mistaken.

I couldn’t imagine seeing prime James, Ricky, McGrath, or Reed, riding today. Can’t help but wonder if they would dominate this current generation or not. (Jett, Web, Ken, Tomac, Anderson, Sexton, etc.) thoughts?

Help me understand this: You are a pro and your mechanic tightens up your clutch and brake perches so tight that when you crash/fall, your perches are twisted from the hard impact. Then you have to nearly break bones in your hand to beat the crap out of the lever to get it back in place. That is STUPID and self-defeating.
In all my years of racing, I had my perches snug but never TIGHT. You can safely only snug them by applying Blue Loctite on the screws so they don't work themselves out - and the snugness is stable and reliable. And you don't have to bruise your hand pounding it back into place. And I found that that black electrical tape wrapped around the bars at the perch works well to keep 'em in place too.

@@bunnyman6321 i have ridden/raced for 43 years. One does not have to be a pro to know about perches and levers. Your reply is nonsense.
