I think it's mostly because Quinn fights back and is willing to go feral if she's angry enough. Santana and Quinn always meet each other as equals and respect each other, even when they are fighting. Meanwhile Rachel falls into what we call the "dead fly" act in Spanish since Rachel almost always acts like the victim after a certain point, even if she objectively isn't.

Honestly, the scene where Quinn is acting as the negotiator and ambassador in the bathroom is just infuriating because that is not her job. I love Quinn in this scene and she was great! I just wish that there could've been a team-up of all the girls minus Rachel
