For myself i will use chocolate ganache then add in black food colouring. I agree with beauty Daimari. If you only use food colouring to add in the cream will taste more bitter. You may use cocoa powder then add food gel too but the cream will become sandy if you never mixed it properly. The best is chocolate ganache and black food gel.. no harm trying😊.

It might taste bitter ... Even good quality gel colour sometimes when used in more quantity it tastes better ...
Instead use choclate ganache n little black food colour that will help .. with taste better too

You are mixing so much color in such a small amount of cream, if we add that much color then the cream will become very bitter.
You do this only just to be show in your video, but in reality it is not possible, we have to take care not only of color but also of taste
