The most important job of a leader is to serve those he/she is responsible for, not to ask them to serve him/her. We must model service and direct others to serve each other and God first.

The story of Dean Smith reminds me of a story about Tom Osborn. He played a Lawrence Phillips who had been in trouble and Tom was criticized so bad for it. Lawrence had a horrible childhood and Tom was trying to lead him down a better path. He still did end up in jail, unfortunately.
You need to read everything in context. Abraham lied, saying that Sarah was his sister because he was afraid. Now, go back and read the WHOLE part of Genesis that tells of Abraham. No selective "proof texts" because you will only invalidate your argument and fool yourself.
Pastor, they are pathological liars, how do I explain something so self-explanatory? it means, when they convey anything, they begin with a word and follow along their core path to the end, and the end is a lie, because the path was lying. I admire David more than you know.
I already left a comment but I came back to try again. If you want to learn about David, he won’t find it here. 90% of what he talks about are personal antidotes. This is the worst lecture i’ve ever heard in a professional setting.
