One issue is the fine screw in the front lens. It doesn't take many turns to change from close up to infinity. Your sticks are thick enough to push the film plane in front of infinity. Instead, I used Clear Lamination sheets you can pick up from Staples. I cut the rails using the very thin self-adhesive acetate and added 2.4mm strip under the exposed lip to stiffen up the mask. This barely alters the focus plane and provides enough stiffness to flatten the 120 film against the spring-loaded backing plate. In 120 cameras film flatness is a major issue, and the acetate mask solves it with a 616 format. The format is great, essentially a 6x11 cm frame, so close to a 6x12. I got very lucky. Found a LN-in-box Six-16 Kodak Vigilant with the latest iteration lens and shutter. Not having a rangefinder or through the lens meter is not an issue with me because I cut my teeth on a 35mm folder back in the 60's.
Can you advance the frames as normal or do you need to compensate? I have a Kodak Autographic 2A camera that I want to shoot. Does FFP sell 116 or 616 film still?
Nice presentation except that the gd "background" music so overpowers the narrative! Why do people do this?? Do you not review it before releasing? Redo the audio and this will be great.
Hey John, I guess you got busy with other things as you only posted one video. Hope all is well. Keep playing with the old cameras! @anthony_plescia on Instagram.

They do on occasion and Blue Moon Camera as well as Central Camera both still sell 616 and 116, as well as 122, 127, 620, 828 and 110

Excellent video but you neglect to instruct precisely how you made the wooden rails.
The music detracts from your explanation.
