Good video and thank you. I'm a low spend and am a little torn what to do with this Swap event. Like most low soends, what I have is ok, but not spectacular. I pair LC/Alex, Guan/Scipio Prime, ZL/Boudica Prime, and Nevsky/Joan Prime. But in April I flipped over to Seige to supplement my kp, outside of murderball. It has really helped. I have an expertised Margaret/Cordoba. Barbar 5533 and Gaja at 5541. I run a combo of five marches, depending on the field conditions, but always at least four field plus one seige. My numbers have jumped, but could be better. Right now I'm leaning a swap of Guan for Ragnar Prime. Also Boudica for Hermann. However I could also see swapping the worst two seige for Stephen and John. Not sure....lol Thanks again! Great channel 👏 👍

I don’t think I know anyone who doesn’t fight in dot mode now….. and even if they weren’t and they wanted to get your YSG, if you play your position well they can’t get you without completely sacrificing their march

Current marches are ZL Herman, Scip LC. I have a fildable cav set ready but no cav commanders. I also have no commanders that i regret investing in, so if commander swap excludes gold key and gathering comms, i have no one to swap. Pass 7 will open soon and im doing well in my kd for only 2 marches. 1070 gold heads with 5111 huo nevsky and joan (over time with no direct gh investment) i have 16 commander skill reset. What is the move? Do i just keep saving until new cav revealed or do i go for a cav march this kvk and use commander swap on whatever commander should get switched out in favour for new cav if necessary? ty
@@chary9407 you save till new cav comes out so you can max the two best commanders for the best cav march. Then after that you are on track and you should be ready to invest in the next inf (if he’s worth investing in)

I have ZL unlocked at 1111 but no Hermann which I would really rather swap over ZL bc as a weaker geared player I need speed. Even if I trade for ZL, I have no archer gear nor a commander to put behind him. I think before archer march I would even rather have a siege march. What do you think I should do with the event? (have no gh rn all go to LC)
@@carson5162 Max LC. If new cav comes out and it’s good then swap the one it doesn’t fit with for the new cav. (Like swap Nevsky or for new cav to pair with Joan). Then you should be in a place to max the new archer to pair with YSG.
I have kind of a long question. I am currently in kvk 3 and the inf wheel drops next week. I have 550 GH saved and i have an expertise Alex. My initial plan was to put all my gold heads in LC and run LC/Alex and eventually max LC. Would it be better to budget unlock Scipio 5551 instead of LC, pair him with Alex for KVK3 and then swap ky alex for LC when the event starts. I would then have a 5551 Scip with an expertise LC and i would have a couple hundred gold heads for the new cav commander
@@eoinmolloy2016 assuming you have no other legendary commander maxed…… invest in LC next week and try to max him as quick as possible. If the Cav commander is really game breaking, I’d swap Alex for the new cav. Behind LC, I’d run a budget commander behind LC until the next inf comes out and max that guy with LC and you’ll have a head start on the cav march. An expertised LC even does fine with an epic Joan behind it. If the next Cav isn’t game breaking then I’d just swap the Alex for Scipio (or Hermann)
What do you think it Lilith announce a new Cav that cleanse Health reduction debuff for multiple marches ( bit similar to WW shield ) do you think it would change Scipio P position ? And if it changes Does it Take out Ragnar out of the meta for now also ?
Good video with explanation, thank you. I have Nev/Joan, ZL/Boud, Hermann/YSG and Ragnar/Liu. All expert. Now i have questions about 5th march. Which commander i should swap and for whom? Is Siege march decent? Or second cav, or second infantry? (Both archers have good gear with 5th boots)
@ assuming you can’t swap Thutmose….I’d swap Boudica for Phillip. Then if the next cav is good, you can do a mix and match. Maybe you can run new cav/Philip and then ZL/Thutmose or something until the new archer comes out. The trick is to not backwards invest so you can speed up when you catch up.
I don't think it'll be in the same troop type... Lilith wants to get more players trying siege, best way to do that is letting you convert gold key field commander. And yes, let the gold keys be transferred, KVKs need f2ps and low spenders for activities otherwise the # of viable kingdoms will keep getting smaller and smaller.
Gold keys are not free, I don't understand this argument. They may be easier to get, but you still have to earn them with time and effort. Why shouldn't I be able to swap the gold key comms?
@@randymarsh6336 because it’s up to how they decide to do this system. Technically you had to earn the aethelfled with “time and effort” as well. Do you think they’ll let you switch aethel for the commander swap?

as a lower spender who is starting kvk 6, I run LC/Alex Huo/Mina ZL/Hermann. Do u think it would even be worth whatever the cost is to swap one of my comms? Also, if it was worth it, who should I swap to. (i'm currently working to 5515 Joan)

I think there’s a much higher chance that March will trade better with Joan than Huo. And yes. I think it’s better. It helps you get on track sooner so you can logically invest in the next Cav and then Infantry and most likely have the meta March for each troop type
I would swap Alex for WW,and run him primary with Liu ,you are working on Joan so Huo/joan,Zhuge/Hermann,then save your GH for new cav comm in february and Pair him with Minamoto

If this event doesn't let you swap golden key commanders then the whole point of it is gone. this event is not to help SOC players. it is to keep new players from quitting before SOC. new players is the real money, and new players always invest in gold key commanders. so if you can't swap them then it does not really help. SOC is a very small chunk of this game. most money is early game players.
@@catchyourdrift yes cause every new player knows what to invest in and what's good or bad. 90%+ of the playerbase are on the noobier side and know nothing you're just to used to your soc world and think everyone's a t5 player. look at the achievement percentages less then 1% of total players have hit t5. NOT even 3% have gotten T4. this is a longterm game and you have to learn it and many just wont wanna do that.

Shajar/YSG is better than Boudica/YSG. But I would prefer to pair Phillip with an Archer over Shajar over an Archer.
