I've just moved from Forster as a teacher having lived there for a very short 18 years. I am also an amateur photographer who has taken a lot of before and after photographs of Forster. I know these picture very well. I remember seeing the Tudor House being demolished to make way for the "new" tall building.What wonderful photos. I wish I could go back in time for just few moments. These photos take you there momentarily.I do care!!!

These were wonderful reminders of my childhood in Forster - I miss the old arts and crafts centre at the Bullring - that building was stunning and one of my first jobs ever was as a waitress at Tudor House. Tamara :)

I remember when Tudor House was removed, it was a very sad day.... I bet no-one else my age cared about it...
