SAPS leads Operation Shanela in Tshwane

On 21 September 2023, Gauteng Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant-General Elias Mawela, together with senior management of SAPS and other law enforcement agencies, led the multi-disciplinary Operation Shanela in Lyttelton, Tshwane District. The operation was aimed at dealing with any criminal activities while maximising police visibility.
