There is a guitar you can pick up as a weapon in the same room as they guy with the guitar down his throat. It’s lying on the bar (sometimes spawns only after a save&reload).
This series has become part of my bedtime routine.

When this game got released i was looking for a nice series of this game and you where the one with such an amazing first episode that i had to subscribe and keep watching. Every episode has been really nice so far! Ive never played the game but your gameplay and commentary is really chill to watch
Cut all the stumps and put wood behind the spikes so there’s no gap between them and the structure. I think it would look better
That "Flesh Wall" is salt blocks. Its used for a special spa type that supposedly helps the skin but touching salty air

i don't know if anyone else has said this, but you can turn off structure damage(in the options screen above big head mode), so that your tower doesn't accidentally get destroyed. And amazing content btw, I love the vids. Very entertaining.
A layered spike field is the first thing I build so I don't have to be paranoid during building a base. Also, you should make holders for rocks, sticks, and bones. Have Kelvin always keep your sticks, rock, and fish full. Collect heads and place them on spikes all around your fortress. Every dead body that's you get on the base grab and drop them on a fire to collect all the bones quickly to make Bone armor.
I'm honestly amazed how much patient you got. I have great Ideas how to build some cool structures, but i'm far to lazy to gather so much to build >,>

Also if you’re going to add multiple layers of the spike walls then you should have the entry holes not line up with the first entry hole’s
You can make a quarter wall all the way round, put spikes on the top and bottom, and still got plenty of clearance to shoot from. Absolute carnage!

Unless you're in an older build you missed the guitar weapon pickup in the room with the guy surrounded by cash with his own guitar. Think its near the door when you enter that room.

You can make the spikes close to the wall. You just go inside and it gives you the option to make the spikes thru the wall

You can knock down the spiked sticks through the walls, so you can put them right up against it

I think it's some weird bug that it doesn't spawn the first time you go there.
You can place the stick INSIDE the building and make it spike outwards; clipping through the log walls!

Spawn in a few more Kelvins, and turn them loose on the forest.
You should do a clash of clan like base with hallways that sends directly to your base but is stuffed with spikes

You should remove the stumps, by removing them you allow more saplings to spawn and tree's to grow eventually!

yeah you are right Kelvin went across the river to cut a tree down right on my build and knocked the whole top out of it and I had to rebuild. he got a time out lol.

Yes, you don't take damage while in an animation.
There is a hack where you can get infinite logs. You use a thin stick and place one of the thick logs on it, then move the thick log off the stick and it generates a new log out of nowhere. If you do a youtube search on it you'll see what I'm talking about. That way you don't have to keep chopping logs

Just build a small cabin template and take logs off the upper middle of the template, 20 logs in 40 button presses

the katana is OP! its my favorite, Ziplines and rope are the best way for a secure base well somewhat.... seems the enermies can glitch through a fortified wall it holds them back but watch out.
You can use Ziplines to move logs. Less walking back and, fourth with two logs at a time. Might make your build go faster. Especially if you have a log holder on the other end waiting to auto catch up to 8 logs. !00% quality of life improvement awesomeness for building skyscrapers.👍
'Artefact 2' previously referred to the same EMP thing from the first game - that picture you found, however, appears to be a side view of a more spherical one. I presume it's the little handheld cannibal-controller stick you get.
If you don't want kelvin chopping trees, tell him to get logs and put them near the base. He will grab them as your chopping, and you basically don't have to worry about moving them at all. just chop when you are low then stay at your build having him bring them to you, no tedious running back and forth.

You say its too easy, however it wasn't easy getting to the point where you were able to retrieve the katana to now make it easy. Thats how the game works. Great vids, loving the journey.

When you doing valheim again?
If you setup log holders close to the base and tell kelvin to fill the holders, you can chop them and he will just put them in the holder for you. Aslong as there are logs on the ground he wont chop anymore. Ive been doing this a lot and its pretty fast
maybe add a second fence, just regular logs, the easiest one you can muster, about 10-20 meters around the building, keep them far generally
the people who lived in these bunkers must of had horrible sleeping problems without a SINGLE window to naturally notify them of time lolol
I hope they will allow us to choose our appearance someday. I dont like the randomness during multi-player, and my daughter wants to be a girl.
hey not to back seat just figured id give you a little bit of help but in the big facility with the chainsaw you can also find a guitar melee and a shotgun rail hope you can find them and i hope this helpes.

The round part of Artifact 2 looks vaguely like the artifact ball you stick in the ground from TF.
u can turn off structural damage in the gameplay settings. so u dont have to worry anything breaks when the mutants hit on it....

you can build the container of sticks or rocks, and tell Kelvin to gather sticks/rocks and put into the containers.

You can add a lock, just put a stick in your hand and next to the door. ( it must be on the flat side) not the log side
Those orange-looking walls at the place with sensory deprivation tanks are blocks of solid salt. The salt is being hit with small heat and it is supposedly releasing healthy particles in air.
Perhaps adding campfires near the gaps of the spikes and the baddies will walk right through it causing damage

If you don't add the rocks to the spikes they break immediately when an enemy or you walk into them.
If you place the stick on the internal side of the wall then turn them into spikes they will go through the wall and look mint

If you set a defence wall around.. you can actually place the spikes inside the wall. By putting them behind the defence wall. And tipping the sticks outwards.. that way.. the spikes just peak out of the defence walls..
Ofc you can also put another layer of spikes outside the wall.. just to make it a bit more "spikey"🤣
You forgot to take the Guitar (as a weapon) it is located on the bar where you entered the room with the dead guy
You can have Kelvin put the sticks into the holder and he can find them under the snow where you can't see them.
