The album in which contributed to both the production and lyrical content, is an example of someone who knows who they, what they stand for, their goals and how to accurately execute it to precision! The more I play their album the more I enjoy it. It is fresh and new yet is uniquely Kylie, that familiar friend we love to comes by everytime she visits with new stories of her adventures in her life, and we are along for the ride! My favourite songs from the album are "Padam Padam", "Tension", "Hands", "Green Light", "Vegas High", "10 Out of 10", "Story" and "Love Train." I have been a fan since 2002 beginning with "Love At First Sight" (#23 US Billboard Hot 100 & #1 US Dance Club Songs). have all of her previous fifteen albums as well as many of her club mixes. I finally got to watch her live in concert live in New York at KTUphoria, where she was headling artist in June 2023, a month after "Padam Padam" was released. Genre wise, "Tension" is combination of maisntream Pop and EDM with Disco influence. As of today, the album has debuted at #1 on both UK Albums Chart and #1 ARIA Charts in Australia. The album is debuted at #21 on the Billboard 200 and #1 on the US Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums.

If you thought these songs were amazing, just wait till you hear the tracks that did not make it to the album. Water and Electric are ASTOUNDING!!!!!!! Also, the two songs that are only available as digital downloads "Heavenly Body" and "Drum" are even BETTER!!!!!!!!!!! Kylie nailed it with this album. I have the deluxe CD and will purchase the vinyl later (although I wish the vinyl had the deluxe tracks!) For her album Disco, I have the Deluxe CD, the Guest List Edition CD and the Extended Mixes on Vinyl! Disco was phenomenal but Kylie is miles better with Tension! I was a little disappointed in the album i was expecting it to be X Part 2... and X Part 2 it wasnt . i wasnt expecting mediocre 80's throwback songs There are only 4 good tracks on this album Padam, Tension, Hold onto Now, Vegas High, and possibly Things we Do For Love The rest of the tracks sound like Out-takes From The Disco and Golden Albums 2 of the Deluxe album songs are cute. (which maybe should have replaced hands and one more time) I give it a 3 out of 5.... Hopefully if she tours this album she will rely more heavily on the material from the Disco Album than from This one! Story and you still get me high i would have thrown in the garbage Sorry Girl!
