They are poor but they are eating delicious, nutritious home cooked food from the mountains and made with alot of love and care. The different type of light curries they eat, fresh vegetables, organic meats, lentils with a plate of hot, steaming rice is much better then the processed junk food people eat today, that causes alot of illness.
I think the fresh mountain air, organic food, keeping physically active makes them have healthy, skin. Their skin is so clear and they have silky, glistening dark hair. Even if they don't have enough money to buy expensive things.

It's not pork, it's beef.. Can just make it out from the bones.
It is pork ,which is roasted from outside , it look different because it is a mountain pig not the regular one
