Thank you for posting these videos. I really enjoy them . I have been learning Hungarian for over 5 years and am around an A2 level. While I try to study regularly and have tutors nothing helps better than when I am in Hungary.
There are many Hungarian RUclipsrs - as an English speaker in the americas, the language is not audibly familiar. After casually listening for a year, i analysed it. It is creative in sentences, & every letter is pronounced. The verbs are mostly regular & the people are friendly. There are many noun cases, but just start with the 5 most common first. And there is only 13 million speakers. There are pros & cons. I will continue learing it.:)
@@hungryforlanguages6864 make more vidéos like this. However I think I didn’t write properly my idea which was: thank you very much to put subtitles in english on your videos. This is extremely helpfull ( in French, it would have been perfect, but I think you will have a lot of works for the spanish, italien, poland…). No. I was thinking on OTHER hungarian youtuber. It would have been fantastic if they could put subtitles in english…
I have been studying Hungarian for 5 months now, but still understand it worse than for example Spanish or Italian, two languages that I had never studied before. So I would say that at least at the beginner level Hungarian is a very difficult language. This video gives me hope that I can overcome the stumbling point where Hungarian becomes natural. So far it is very alien to me. It obviously takes some time.
I am learning the past tense and feel overwhelmed by the subtle changes in the endings. I keep trying and have been learning for years but nothing is better than listening and trying to understand. Unfortunately most Hungarians speak at the speed of light.
Spanish verb tenses are certainly harder than Hungarian and Polish ones. The subjunctive is a nightmare, but you can reach an intermidiate level easily. Besides, all languages are equally difficult at an advanced level, in my view.

It is true that it would be great to have more vidéos in hungarian which have subtitles in english
Switch on the English subs. I put both English and Hungarian. Or you are just suggesting to make more videos like this?
