The AI is still broken. The Duke Nukem Bosses are still trying to run over their adversaries despite that mechanic not functioning at the port destination. Their damage scaling is also whack, as weapons and enemies in both games(Duke Nukem and Doom) have different damage/hitpoint thresholds. I hope these Duke Nukem Enemies get re-balanced some day and given a rematch.
@@LordProteus LOL! Broken indeed!😂 Dude is like "My stomp attack is the highest damage imma go stomp flat old Cyberdemon over there.... er wait i missed lemmie try that again!... i will keep trying until it works!!!"🤣🤣
@@ukaszmozejko9984 AI should make a check, if it could actually stomp something as big as them. As for damage, overall... Damage is actually pretty equal between both games. For example, both shotguns deal on average 70 points of damage.
The Battlelord's (assumed) stomp attack (melee and he's kicking up dust while doing so) might be bad for a player's HP, but it does nothing to the Cyberdemon.
Long distance, mainly grenades. Closer in, grenades and/or chainguns. But then The New Dewd just gets right up into Rocket Guy's face and...? Nothing. Does he have Ultra Bad Breath or something to do damage that close? 'Cause it looks like he just goes right up to RG to get blasted.
Ultra bad breath!😂😂😂 He does have a close range melee "stomp" attack! But i think Cyberdemon would be imune due to his size?🤔 It was clearly doing nothing!😅 The stomp attack insta kills Duke Nukem (when you get up close to the battlelord)😆
It can't be!! maybe Duke Nukem's enemies are so weak. And it's hard for me to kill them on both PC and Nintendo 64. ¡¡no puede ser!! acaso los enemigos de Duke Nukem son tan débiles. Y a mí me cuesta trabajo acabar con ellos tanto en PC como en Nintendo 64.
Talk is that he melee doesn't apply, so when going for a stomp it does nothing (like a free action to punish for Cyber). Grenades are explosive type, so that's no mystery why it is less effective (even if all other values were fairly translated). The chaingun seems fair enough, but I don't recall what sort of accuracy/spread it had (or the pain chance of DOUK' opps).

Agreed. Or make their physical attacks actually work so that they get something for waddling all the way over to the enemy mobs. XD

I agree, AI plays some bosses so badly it's painful to watch.

Cope. Doom is just game with superior design
Wow, the Duke bosses lost A LOT of lethality by whoever ported the monsters over. Very underwhelming so far.

Gotta do some blood enemies next. Hearing the screams of 10000 cultists against something like diablo would be fantastic
2:30 are monsters in DOOM programmed to get in each other's way?

What was that first battle? Did Battlelord just wake up? And was still half asleep, just head butting all those Cyberdemon rockets?🤦♂️😂😂😂
Love the concept, but the battle lord is way off. Fix the scaling for a rematch?
I had high hopes for the battle lord.. 😢
Battlelord turns into a total Baka up close 🤣
(Baka is Japanese for idiot for those that don't know)
Battlelord shoots too little and too seldom. That looks like battlelord, but acts nothing like battlelord.
This is like Jake Paul vs Mike tyson
Seems like every time i went against these bosses theyd have 100%hit chance no matter where id run to
But gg cyper demon
Bro, why does Duke bosses switch to melee attack instantly? It ruins the whole video
LOL the bullets should be straight not like that !! in DN the bullets come from Battlelord straight
how were they not straight?
@@DoomIIMaster yes came out randomly

Of course the build engine Boss monsters are going to lose in DOOMs engine.
fix the AI
Cyberdemon OWNS Duke
Duke would kill 500 cyberdemon in a minute bro
Duke would beat the Doom campaign and Doom Guy would beat the Duke Nukem campaign.
@@LordProteus what about the flying and swimming parts? :O
Are we only going to see duke bosses vs doom bosses or is it seeing shotgun pigs vs shotgun zombies in the pipeline?😊
Whats with the a.i for dn3d enemies on here? Battlelord seems very passive, not the hyper aggressive constantly shooting version in Duke nukem 3d.
