I appreciate the feedback. With this particular home the builder asked me not to discuss the price so I honored their request. For other homes I hesitate because they are custom and the price can very wildly depending on what options, lot, etc you choose. I think going forward I will post the range they typically go for but stipulate it could be higher or lower depending on what you choose.
