      Absolutely. I was mildly nervous during most of the video. I was crawling at walking speed behind some walkers and 2-3 year old kid just showed up in front of me out of nowhere. I reacted just quickly enough not to throw him off but I did touch him. I was terrified and his father was understandably angry. The kid was just confused. He didn't cry or anything. It ruined my day but it could be much worse.

    Hi Chooch. The V12HT is my first E-Unicycle and I absoulutly love it! It gets me where I want to go and it has plenty of torque to get me up a hill quick! With it being a 16" wheel it is compact enough for me to take it on the train or put it in my trunk with no problems. At present, my V12HT needs some fixin! The nice people at EUCO said they will be getting back to me. I will let you and your followers know how my service experience works out.

      How its going? How fast you learned riding it?

    • @zogly9469
      @zogly9469 Год назад +2

      @@GeluThePurcelu I spent 30 minutes to an hour a day working with it in the first week or two. It only took me about an hour to start wobbling unsteadily around the yard, but I was staying up for a few minutes at a time by the end of that first big session. (Your experience may vary) Mounting and dismounting is the hardest to get the hang of, just like when you learned to ride a bike. Then you get to start learning how to move your body to turn. It's all sub-conscious muscle memory, so if you are dedicated, you'll eventually get it.
      By the end of the first week I went out into the neighborhood streets, and had some trouble dealing with speed wobbles around 15-20 mph till I learned how to use pressure on the pedals and pads to stabilize. Once I got past those, I could push higher speeds. Extreme slopes felt weird at first. (Standing on a level platform going up or down a steep incline messes with the brain.) Today I am nearing 650 total miles with it, including a couple 38-mile rides, and can comfortably max out my speed and want more in certain situations. I ride it every day around campus and I love it so much as an outlet and transport. I have full control of ~2 horsepower and almost limitless motion. Still working on learning to ride backwards (not much success yet) and have been getting really good at navigating through crowds at extreme low speed. I would highly recommend EUCs to anyone who can afford one from a reputable distributor and is dedicated to learn it. It changed my life drastically by getting me away from endless video games and out into nature. And it's a great way to start conversations because most people have never seen one. I'm happy to answer more questions, but for now I hope this small book was helpful for you. 😊

    Question here for anyone with a V12 HT. I just got mine but some of the plastic where it meets the pad seems faded and worn I was thinking this could be from humidity and having the plastic wrapped around it but the biggest thing I noticed is incredible vibration as I slowly shift from the forward to back motion is this normal? Between .8 and 1.5 in reverse is pretty intense. Please help. My girlfriend ordered it for me as I have a down payment on the V13 but I think she was sick of me talking about it so she ordered me a V12 from Amazon to pacify me. Obviously I didn't have the heart to tell her that ordering from Amazon was the wrong move but she purchased the warranty ( so there's that). Do I need to return it?

    • @gpsanino
      @gpsanino 2 года назад +1

      out of the box some have that look on the plastic but it is as simple to clean it. I use ethanol 75% and after cleaning them the plastic looks great. About the vibration it is not normal. With the app you get several items you can re-calibrate even the motor. After doing it, if the vibration does not disappear I would definitively ask some dedicated service to check it or return it. It may be the assembly was not properly done. But if calibration does not fix it, you need to check it. Ride safe and enjoy that beast of a machine. Regarding the pedals, when adjusting the height check the bolts are screwing properly since some put it not straight and then complain that get damaged or loose. Put them streight, with locktite 242 and 6nm of torque to secure them properly. Not that complex and way lesser maintenance than an EUC with suspension.
