I'm so sorry, I've dealt with this problem my whole life and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Try to remember there's a whole army of other people out there facing off with the shadows at the exact same time as you, on any given night. Hopefully that helps, there is strength in numbers. Also it's nothing to be ashamed of, there is nothing natural about people sleeping alone in big houses. All through our evolution/history, we have slept with our family/gang in the same room or very nearby.
I suffer from insomnia. I have been playing this all night for past 2 days, I fall asleep with in 2 mins and have been enjoying uninterrupted sleep for good 8 hours so extremely thankful for this music.
