Plymouth v Luton preview: Do Morris, Moses and Krauß have to start after heroics against Sheffield?

- The Town face a long trip to Devon on Friday night to take on Wayne Rooney and his Plymouth Argyle side, with Luton looking for a third win in succession.
Kev is joined by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe to preview the trip beginning with the hosts and their start to the season, which has been indifferent and one where the statistics tell the story.
The lads then turn the attention towards the Town and how they could line up after news of a significant injury has broken. Will we see any of the heroes from the bench against Sheffield Wednesday from the start?
The boys then look at ways in which Luton can hurt their opponents before they give their score predictions for the match. Do either or both predict a third win in a row?

The Luton Town Supporters' Trust was created, and initially named Trust in Luton, in 2003 to help force out unpopular former owner John Gurney.
Current club chief executive Gary Sweet was part of the group that effectively forced the club into administration and out of Mr Gurney's control, for a new consortium to take over, headed up by Bill Tomlins.
Another change of ownership again brought problems and administration followed again in 2007, until the club was eventually bought out by the fan-led 2020 consortium, headed up by Sweet, which has now helped steer the history-making Hatters from the non-league to the Premier League.
The Supporters' Trust is a democratic, non-profit organisation run by fans for fans. The purpose of a Trust is to help fans to join together and strengthen their influence over the way Luton Town Football Club is run, and to improve the links between their club and the community it serves.
In a way, we’re like a union, believing that many voices are stronger than one and that the best way to influence the club is to represent many fans, not just ourselves.

Think bit dismissive of Argyle dangers as Mumba and new signing Cissoko are decent also and their team spirit since after opening day has been impressive.
Luton capitalising on Plymouth "dicking about with it" at the back made me laugh as sure they'll be thinking the same about us!
Think they and their crowd will be pumped up for it & we will need to turn up and not have any meltdowns to win.
Hoping Rob plays Morris and Adebayo up top but not expecting him too. Be very intersting to see if he changes the formation/tactics after getting out of jail against Sheff Wed.
One thing is certain...we need to UNLEASH THE KRAUß!!
I'll go for my usual 3-1 to Luton prediction but any win will do - it would be a long journey home after a defeat especially at that time of night (it'll be a long journey even if we win).
I'd like to see the team that finished against Sheffield Wednesday in the starting line-up for this one. (Unless we have injuries that might restrict our choices.)
I don't think Plymouth will be easy pickings and whenever we go into a game with that expectancy, we don't seem to be able to raise our own game and we end up by scraping a draw if we get a lucky bounce. We need to approach every game as though we are playing the best team in the world. Our trip to Portsmouth was positive and that fills me with hope for this one.
I think we should at least come away with a point, but whenever I say that we don't seem to turn-up.
I would start the team that finished the game on Saturday, with the inclusion of Nakamba, Adebayo and Walters. Morris, Moses, Clark, Chong and Walsh, are going to be better as impact players, coming on with half an hour to go. Adebayo was left out to dry on Saturday, absolutely no support at all. Taylor has the pace and hunger to better support him, as does Nelson. A fit Baptiste and Brown, would change things possibly in the future. Krauss is a game changer and should be signed permanently as soon as possible, before they realise what a mistake they've made.

Another woeful performance. As usual, they did not wake up until the 70th minute. Rob is completely outthought by Wayne Rooney!! Change the system or change the manager. You guys are not allowed to be critical, but fans have had enough. We have some great players being asked to play a system that clearly does not work.
Congrats on the award nomination, guys. Well deserved 👏. Plymouth fans sound upbeat and positive about Rooney and the team. We shall see. Not an easy game, but a 1-2 Luton win I reckon.

We've both scored the same amount of goals, but Argyle have drawn a blank in 4 out of 6 games. Pretty sure we were talking about the West Brom game anyway, and if there were other threats in that game they weren't really making themselves obvious.

4-0 Luton. Today is the day. Tough to call really and probably all depends on fitness of the likes of Moses and Krauß. If they are fit, the team that saw out the final 82 minutes should be our starting 11 and that includes Taylor playing alongside Morris. We have zero pace in the final third, and he will offer that. IF and it is a big one, I can see Luton thumping Plymouth. However, Rob appears to be a man who doesn't like change so I expect the same 11 to start as the game vs Sheff Wed. Hopefully, he will see some sense and realise it's not working.

I feel like Chong was so important last year as we were focussed on counter attacking by quick transition from defence to attack, therefore giving him space to run. As much as I love him as a player, he doesn't seem to be able to break teams down when they have numbers behind the ball. That said, I'd love to be proven wrong. 2-0 Luton tomorrow.
It's a fair point. I think we struggle in general against the low block.

Underestimating here so badly. Not a good assessment of our game against WBA and only mentioning Whittaker as the threat, could be a 2-1 Argyle here. You'll be surprised at how well we are playing tonight
Maybe we will but the footage of the game showed the Baggies hit the post loads of times, have plenty of chances and you not scoring a goal, so we can only go on what we saw.
