Costume from mom and name from dad. I love the family in this show so much. I hate that it gets shit on from the misogynists and racists. It's so good and as of now it's one of the more important MCU shows moving forward. I'm stoked for next week and the future of the MCU.
At the end of Shang-Chi, Carol says that the Ten Rings aren't human and are sending a signal. My money is on Carol following up on that, finding the paired bangle, and was transposed with Kamala when she touched the bangle she found.
@@rohitr9400 Didnt Kree create Inhumans? I know changes in her body were called a 'mutation', but that can still describe inhuman gene awakened in her through the bangle instead of terrigen myst.
The way I would describe this show is heart, it's got a ton of it. The fact that so many people refused to watch it for whatever inane reason is sad, but that's the world we live in unfortunately.
I read earlier today that Iman Vellani's finale script was the only one that had the reveal in it, and that after she read it, she sent Kevin Feige an all caps email along the lines of "Is this for real?!? Are you serious!?! Thank you so much!" for the honor being the first official MCU mutant. I love it.
@@tayplays443 they could have told him on set before filming the scene. They've done it before with other shows/movies to keep secrets for as long as they can.
Technically Wanda and maybe pietro is the first MCU mutants but who knows maybe Charles Xavier and Magneto are already in the mcu but are in hiding like the eternals were
@@to3sted248 technically, we're discussing the first known mutant in the MCU. Which, is Kamala. Regardless of any retcons they may do in the future. Kamala will always be the first hero with the word mutant attached to her.
Wanda Kate Bishop Carol Danvers Yelena Kamala Finally, heroines who aren't dressed like thirst-traps! Doesn’t hurt that all of the costumes are straight fire! Thank you, Marvel!
As a fellow Mexican American I really appreciated the representation and exposure this series had of this beautiful culture. I know what it means to feel seen and love how both our cultures have so much in common, more than I ever realized. I enjoyed experiencing this show with your guys for the last six weeks. I really appreciate you all and your reactions and ability to understand and celebrate this great show. Love you guys!
The representation was awful. Bhangra dance is not Pakistani. You can tell the series was overseen by white people trying to checklist everything south Asian.
I'm still waiting for an MCU movie with a Latino lead hero. I feel like that has been overdue at this point, especially since DC and WB are giving us Blue Beetle and Sony announced...whatever THAT is they're giving us.
@@thejediofuspartii538 The closest thing was Robbie Reyes' Ghostrider, but they killed off the spinoff show (from Agents of SHIELD) with the Disney merger. They could still do Gabriel Luna a solid and bring him back. I had some hope he'd be in Multiverse of Madness since he had the closest connection to the Darkhold in Agents of SHIELD. They are casing Gael Garcia as Werewolf By Night, and they're going to base Namor off of Aztec or Mayan lore, but that's really not "Latino" or "Hispanic" because it was before "Mestizos". I get what you mean, and you could argue Oscar Isaac got it done with Moon Knight, but that Marvel character is NOT Latino, the actor is (even though we see Jake Lockley speak Spanish in the post credit scene).
I loved this finale. As much as I wish DODC had been the only villain, this show set up Kamala perfectly. The mutant scene is very exciting. The scene felt like a last minute addition, mainly because Bruno putting a note in Kamala's locker felt like his original ending. And if it's a last minute addition, that's even more exciting. It feels like Iman nailed it so hard that they made big X-Men plans for her.
I think if they somehow could've put DoDC in Pakistan, i would've enjoyed those episodes better. Having them contribute to Kamron's mom's death would've been even better. I still feel the final episode did a great job of sticking the landing though.
I think the Red Daggers could have been used to tell the Pakistan side of the story. I'm not sure the Clandestine were necessary at all. But even so, I'll take the flaws to get all the great stuff we got from this show. The most important thing was Kamala herself, and Iman and crew get an A+ there.
It's the same s**t that ppl are giving Falcon & Winter Soldier..and some other super hero origin properties.. Sometimes, you don't always have to have any certain solid villain in this stuff..sometimes it CAN be about JUST the hero.. the person and his/her world. TFATWS is about Sam's journey to becoming the new Captain America, as a black man in America. So, the flag-smashers being "weak villains" is besides the point. Same here, the djins and DODC are just PARTS in Kamala's origin story of becoming Ms. Marvel. In later stories, THEN they can have her face more real, formidable villain(s). But, not all super hero stories need real villains, at least, not in origin stories. This show's clearly one of the really good D+ MCU shows. I think it's in my top 3..maybe.
@@themadafaka6839 That's kind of the point everyone is making. The Clandestines were there because someone felt they needed "supervillains", but you can completely remove them and the season would be better for it by focusing on Kamala's family story. I think the Clandestines would have been a better story for season 2, where they could focus on fleshing them out more.

@@dionnel8882 Yeah i've been watching alot of breakdowns. What i've learnt is, while Marvel's head back then had completely put a stop on X-men comics cause whatever new characters they made in comics FOX STUDIO'S would automatically have the rights to their live action counterparts. Same with Knull ( symbiot God). He was introduced in 2013 Thor:God of thunder #6 (Identity unrevealed) Because of him, the symbiot race and necroswords (also used by Hela) exists. This creates him in a way having ties with Venom, Spidey, Carnage etc. So SONY automatically has rights to him. No wonder we never got a KNULL reference in Thor Love & Thunder.
I have a lot of middle eastern/south East Asian friends and when I say this show was so so important for them, I truly mean it. This is the first show (to my knowledge) that has truly shown the beauty of that culture/those cultures. They weren’t terrorists, they weren’t threats, they were human beings like any one else doing their best in their community and the beauty of it was so wonderful. I loved this show so much. To see a community beautifully portrayed and a story so well written and thought out. Man, this was everything. My FAVORITE MCU show/movie/etc. amazing.
This show was such a treat. I lost my mind when they played the X-MEN THEME when Bruno talked about Kamala possibly being a mutant! My favorite scene was probably that final one with her dad when he called her “Ms. Marvel” because it felt so natural. The parts with the family is where I think this show really shined. The writing was phenomenal. Their focus on faith and family was so great! This show is so clever and refreshing! A lot of people talk about how this phase has been aimless, like there doesn’t seem to be a waypoint for everything. I disagree. I saw an interview where somebody said all of this is just a reaction to what happened in Endgame. They basically have to reset everything so they could introduce new characters WHILE setting up the Multiverse and Mutants. I think they’ve done really well. I feel like Shan Chi, Eternals, and this show will somehow lead to an explanation of what is going on. I’m hoping that something is announced at Comic Con that basically makes us go “YUP, that’s it. That’s what we have been leading to.” Kevin Feige also said we would see the next big bad/overarching theme soon. So we shall see! I’m really excited!
21:43 this is how the real MCU fans react about the word "mutation" I've watch others reaction, they just "meh", but the real fans know the word means a lot in MCU
As a Marvel geek and as an MCU enthusiast, this is the only show where I laugh, grin, cry, shout, cheer, and got goosebumps the whole time. The elements of family, community, friendship, women empowerment, identity crisis, religion, culture, and history are all perfectly balanced in this show. Ms. Marvel is one heck of a roller coaster ride and I am glad that I didn't listen to all the review bombings!!! Verdict: 9/10 💙💙💙
Well considering she's the only inhuman anyone liked or remembered created in the last decade, seems better off as a mutant with the ability to control noor.
@@AngryCosmonaut Well, there is also the retconning of Quake as an Inhuman to match Agents of SHIELD, but outside of that, Kamala and Moon Girl are the only recent ones who have stuck particularly well.

My main theory is that Carol found the other bangle which caused them to switch places. Thats my guess. I think this is how Photon and Captain Marvel will meet again. And then they have to go and find Ms.Marvel whereever Carol was last. She couldve been somewhere dangerous or protecting something
Besides this being an amazing finale to an amazingly done series, if this is our intro to X-Men.......I am NOT mad at all. Strong talent, beautiful, funny and touching! It was great watching it again with y'all. Have fun at con
I just think that Captain Marvel was somewhere in the universe and found the other bangle from a kree and accidentally activated it, which caused them to switch places.
The DODC weapons tech seems to be based on the Stark Industries LRAD tech first used in The Incredible Hulk, and then later seen in an improved, smaller form in Civil War as a part of War Machine’s armor. 👍🏼
@@HeroesReforged sorry if my comment was confusing! I meant for the shows that you don't put on RUclips. Like the boys or arcane for example. Like right now you just have the full uncuts on patreon. If you had highlight versions for those shows similar to what you post on RUclips, I'd definitely be a subscriber over there too, even if it was slightly more expensive. I know all that editing would be a lot of extra work though, so no worries if you can't
It’s such a charming show, it just makes me smile to watch it. The characters are engaging, the relationships are well defined and it’s all anchored by someone who’s never acted professionally before. It’s kind of amazing when you think about it. Iman Vellani’s perfect in the role.
I like that though they changed her powers, they also...kinda didn't? She uses them the same way as her stretchy powers, from the truck catch and the Embiggen to her step platforms recreating stretchy legs scenes right from the comics
Yep, and I think it looks even better visually. I mean her only being able to embiggen her body would make it look like hulk or any other punchy powers.
@B.L. Alley i think her having stretchy hands would have looked silly. thats whats killed it for me about the comic.but after this series i may give it another go🤷♂️
Yeah, really they just gave it an explanation that fits within the science of the MCU which is way better development than “well just because she can.” Unfortunately so many outlets reported early that they’d “changed” her powers from the comics bc publications didn’t give the studio time to show Kamala not understanding her powers at first and I’ve seen a lot of haters online who keep saying they refuse to watch “bc they changed her powers.” It’s such better writing that the character was fumbling at first and eventually realizes she can use this power to grow and do other things from the comics.
I sort of think its ironic that the one thing MCU fans have been waiting for appears in a show that too masny of them didn't watch because "it's not for them" 😁 Loved this series, the last 10 mins of episode 5 was a bit of a wobble they brought it in for a good landing.
I'm excited to see the dynamic between the three "Marvels," Carol with a young superfan on one side and a former loved one who feels disenchanted with her on the other. I hope we get to see Kamala mend the rift between Carol and Monica, but also I hope Monica and Carol can help her see her full potential too.
Adam, you nailed it! The reason why Ms. Marvel works for me is because of the familial element to the story, which I actually love more than the superhero story beats. But man, what a GREAT finale (and lowkey was waiting for this reaction, y’all crushed it!).
You men are SPECIAL! Your assessment of Ms Marvel is just marvelous. You truly understand the depth, importance, and quality of the show for everything that it gave us in those 6 episodes. Just imagine if Ms. Marvel would have been granted 9 or 10 episodes? Unfortunately because of the 6 episode format some of the flaws were evident, but the flaws compare nothing to all of the positives from the show. Iman Vellani is a STAR, and as you said, I hope that we eventually get a Ms. Marvel movie. Kevin Feigi knows wassup, he will make it happen in the future!!
Iman Vellani is such a star. I could legit see her carrying the MCU like RDJ used to. Also, I wonder if DODC might go on to create Sentinels. They've got all this repurposed Stark tech, Ultron drones included.
When Kamala was sitting on the roof with her father and he tells her the origin of her name she hugs him and you can feel the love. Iman Vellani was born to play Kamala Khan . The fact that this is her first acting job right out of high school ( actually on the day she graduated) shows she is going to have a long and successful career.
Omg I had to rewatch that scene so many time I lost count. All my childhood wishes. My background is East Asian culture but raised in North America since age 10. I am 35 now. And always wished to see a superhero representation and when the comic book came out ,I cried and now the show. Just a blessing. Thank you Kevin and my god to see x men finally make it here. Ahhhhhh. I grew up watching the 97 X-Men..my all time fav cartoon ,I still research it when ever I get the chance and my god the chills I felt same as you guys. Here to us all the nerds... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Everyone knows Kamala is Inhuman, but MCU is different and I love she can be the first mutant in this universe. Besides, Iman Vellani is one of my favourite people right now. She is probably the MCU actor/actress with the most knowledge about the comic, the character and everything about Marvel. I love that.
Don't worry Hector when she got her name I got all teary eyed too and yelled "She got her costume from her mom and her name from her dad" I just loved that premise so much... then I yelled "Fuck you Ms Marvel for making me cry!" lol
Hector, that ending moment with Kamala and Abbu, you said it was the most beautiful moment you’ve seen on D+ so far and I have to agree. Now I’m not sure our reasons will match but there is just something so beautiful about a pure parent child relationship. Everytime I see a one it just warms my heart. To be honest, I’m not sure if that’s because mine was not great or what but I too feel so warmed in that moment.
Hector, as a dad to two girls aged 2 and a half, and 5 months, I BALLED MY EYES OUT at the scene of Kamala and her dad. It must be a thing being a #girldad
the conversation in the light cocoon between Kamran and Kamala gave me that Charles/Erik dynamic. the idea that there's no home for people like us. it made me smile. i love this show so very much. i have the score/soundtrack now and i am so completely happy. i really HOPE we get a season two.
You know what I am so damn excited for? The scene where Kamala's mom and Carol meet haha. The look on here face after a crash and Carol Danvers ass comes walking out? LMAOOOO. PLEASE have the whole family home for that scene hahaha.
I really love how everything came together story-wise, the stuff with the family was really amazing and the mutant reveal along with the post credit scene will have people talking for a long time
I'm thinking the movie might involve 3-way-jumping between Kamala, Carol, and Monica, and that's what forces the 3 together, despite Monica's apparent bad blood with Carol (likely for causing her mother's cancer.) As the original Captain Marvel fan-girl, Monica might re-learn from Kamala how much she loves Carol and why.
I’ve really enjoyed this series, but I’ll be honest it isn’t until I watch these that it really hits me how good and important it is. To see how much this means to other minorities is incredible.
I know there are people who are burned out on Marvel anything, but I can't get enough. I really loved this series. I enjoyed learning about a different culture and history. This show was definitely about relationships and love. And I was here for it. I wish I was going to SDCC, but I'm highly anticipating all the videos.
Best reactions in the business. You guys are great and your discussions after are educational for a person who doesn’t read that many comic books or knows the history.
you guys are awesome. been watching your vids for a long time - keep up the great work. this show has hit me emotionally on many different levels that other marvel shows have not. the characters, relationships, history and of course kamala...despite the weak clandestine story, this is my favorite mcu show. how many shows do you watch that make you feel as invested in all the friends and family that you do for the lead? just a really wonderful show.
I freaking LOVED this show so much. Easily, my second all-time MCU Disney Plus show. Ladies and gentlemen, we have Mutants in the MCU!!! The Mutants are coming!!! It is now confirmed: Iman Vellani is a superstar in the making. This girl has that it factor within her. Also, that Captain Marvel cameo has me more excited for The Marvels. This show has been nothing but phenomenal, and I LOVED every bit of it. Congratulations, Ms. Marvel!
It took all the self control I have to not scream at the same moments you guys did!! And that moment with her dad when he gave her her superhero name, I broke. I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed this show. I’m over here getting rehyped watching you guys, love it!
I thought this episode was a great culmination to a series I have absolutely enjoyed. I really liked how "team Kamala" assembled in the school. The moments with the mom and dad paid off the great family development throughout the show. Kamala "growing" into her powers and acting with more confidence felt well executed and well earned to me. I am going to really enjoy rewatching the show, and I look forward to seeing all of these characters in more Marvel shows and films.
guys did I know that in the comics that Kamala was written originally as a mutant but at the time fox owned rights to X-men and mutant characters.so marvel recotned her origin story so that she was an inhuman.this was done so that fox couldn’t use her character
I am planning on getting Ms Marvel and Captain Marvel t-shirts. The Marvels will have merchandise out. With title and all three characters together. You will see who will be triggered when you wear the t-shirt. The haters actually proved Brie Larson's point. The time she spoke about diversity and film critics.
I'm so glad to find other men that love this show as much as I did. And for the same exact reasons. I hope there is a second season, because I also didn't want this to end!
When Kamala dropped down in front of Bruno and Kamran, in her beautiful new suit, I really heard, "Thanks, My Mom made it for me" in my head, and the heart shared between this show and Superman & Lois became really clear to me. Thankful for these good people doing good things with their extraordinary powers and the families that support and inspire them. And I can't wait to see Kamala with the other Marvels.
If I had a nickel for every time the '97 X-Men theme played in an MCU property, I would have two nickels. Which isn't much, but it's cool that it happened twice.
This is the best that any MCU show has “stuck the landing” as far as having a well/constructed, totally satisfying finale. And I say that as someone much more lenient on the other finales than most.
quick theory...the ten rings and kamala's bracelets were artifacts left over the centuries by a variant of kang...and they are a beacon calling out to him.
At first I was extremely emotional after learning that my culture and religion would be explored on something as famous as the MCU. The fact that this show is setting up both The Marvels AND the X-Men brought me to tears.
I'm glad you included the "Kamala should get to tell the world when she's ready" line from Zoe. On its on its still a good line but considering in the comics there's an arc where Zoe is going to be outed as gay by a villain it really resonates on the importance for her. Most people haven't included it but it choked me up TOO (along with the seven other places I choked up)
I said the same thing as Agustin, Kamala’s movement and transportation is just as cool as Spider-Man’s. What an elite character they’ve crafted, Ms. Marvel is a new favorite of mine. My hype for The Marvels is through the roof.
Absolutely loved the final. I‘m gonna admitted that I was SUPER SUSPICIOUS about how they want to introduce her power being changed and all & honestly? I loved how they did it! I love Khamala‘s story, the background story of her Family, how her Family is on her side and support her, how they introduced the Mutants, etc. Ms Marvel is one of my fav Shows w Moonknight & Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
Love this show, love the ending and the fact that it will be a pivotal moment in the future of the MCU makes me very happy! Can't wait for what's next!
this show + wanda vision were the only marvel shows that has made me so emotional,,, they did such a great job making us care about kamala + her family :’))))
I was teary-eyed this whole freaking episode. So many wholesome emotions. Specially mom giving Kamala the costume. She's become one of my favorite Marvel characters. I'm cheering for her all the way! 🙌
as a brown girl who dreamed of having superpowers and being a heroine as a child and wrote fabulous stories of my adventures, this series warm my heart, it is not for everyone, but it is for little me
I absolutely loved this episode even before the mutant reveal or the Carol cameo. I was very worried after episode 5 because I really didn't like it. Thought the pacing was so off and the Clan Destined story was ended so abruptly. With that said, this episode solidified this series as one of the best things that Marvel has done on D+. The amount of heart put into this show was so amazing. Now I want to read Kamala's original run!
This finale just made this show edge out WandaVision for my favorite MCU show. And to think this was the project I was least excited about in the slate. Love this cast so much.

Yes Zoe, it's okay to wait until you're ready to tell the world you're on a "softball team".
As a huge Captain Marvel fan for 24 yearsX this show is so so so sos o AWESOME! My fave! Iman is Kamala. All the colors and music and themes were beautifully done! And THAT ENDING! All We needed! Carol looks GORGEOUS in that new costume pleaseee
I really think all of the Noor Energy waves that came off of Kanran throughout the finale has activated the X Gene in the population. that's how we get mutants widespread
Carol is gonna put both bands on in The Marvels, basically paying off the mutant set up so Kamala can still have powers after not having the Nega/Quantum band, mannn the theory craftin from this one just got wicked wicked, im all 4 it tho, 🤯
So in the first episode, Kamala went into what was probably the Negative Zone when she first put on the band and activated it, when she was thrown into that other dark world. So they definitely seem to be the Negabands

@@quiden75 yeah, we all do
@@quiden75 What do you think is the reason?
Frr tho
A lot of people didn't want to watch it because it felt too childish from the first few episodes. Hard to market a show with kids to a wide audience.
I read earlier today that Iman Vellani's finale script was the only one that had the reveal in it, and that after she read it, she sent Kevin Feige an all caps email along the lines of "Is this for real?!? Are you serious!?! Thank you so much!" for the honor being the first official MCU mutant. I love it.
Pretty amazing that Bruno said the line without having it in his script
@@tayplays443 they could have told him on set before filming the scene. They've done it before with other shows/movies to keep secrets for as long as they can.

Her mother gave her suit.
Her father gave her name.
Absolutely bawled at both these moments
As a fellow Mexican American I really appreciated the representation and exposure this series had of this beautiful culture. I know what it means to feel seen and love how both our cultures have so much in common, more than I ever realized. I enjoyed experiencing this show with your guys for the last six weeks. I really appreciate you all and your reactions and ability to understand and celebrate this great show. Love you guys!
The representation was awful. Bhangra dance is not Pakistani. You can tell the series was overseen by white people trying to checklist everything south Asian.
@@HaTer-xs8sh Does that offend you? Don’t hate the show if you didn’t like it
@OG Pops Did I stutter? Was it hard to understand my simple words
I agree, only thing about the clandestine thing that actually worked was the time travel episode.
I LOVE the little X-Men theme nod when he said mutation. CHILLS!
Kamala is still Inhuman !!! I'm gonna quote Jack Kirby ! He said & i quote -" Basically, Inhumans are Mutants except instead of being born with superpowers, they are humans who gain special powers when exposed to Terrigen mist".
So going by that when Brian said "Mutation" X-men theme played as an easter egg. But Kamala also said "WHATEVER IT IS....IT'S JUST GONNA BE ANOTHER LABEL(Inhumans)".

@@sharmu5338 yea no, its confirmed shes a mutant
@@sharmu5338 Like the others said, she's a mutant. accept it and breathe
I'm with you, Hector. That final scene between Kamala and her dad had me happy crying.
My FAVORITE MCU show/movie/etc. amazing.
My favourite MCU show so far. Emotional, relatable but had those usual MCU qualities. Iman's performance was great, especially her family.
Me too, i heart stopped and i had goosebumps
Post-Credit Scene: What you seek is seeking you!!!!
The bangle switched Kamala and Carol because Kamala is always seeking Captain Marvel ⚡⚡
21:43 this is how the real MCU fans react about the word "mutation"
I've watch others reaction, they just "meh", but the real fans know the word means a lot in MCU
Perfectly said. That’s why this is my favourite MCU show so far.
no more inhumans , they cleary made the 97 x men theme to make no mistake she is MUTANT
Great show. Did you notice the end credits drawings. You see the words "change is coming". Referencing mutants. Magneto said that to Charles..
Honestly I've been worried that they (Marvel/Disney) may not know what to do with mutants and how to introduce them. But now, I'm once again reminded to never doubt them lol

@@lumenardens You're right ! So just researched & found out that, when X-men rights were with Fox, MS Marvel was gonna start off as a mutant in the comics, but then FOX STUDIOS would also have the rights to live action Kamala Khan so they made her a part of Inhumans ! Same with Knull (Symbiot GOD).! MCU will have to make a deal with Sony in the future cause Knull has Venom & Spidey connections ! That’s why we didn’t see Knull reference in Thor Love & Thunder!!
Inhumans will be part of secret invasion series as shown in Secret Invasion comics !
Also loved seeing my favorite girl Danvers at the end, hoping The Marvels picks up right after that last scene. I admit I didn't know much about Ms. Marvel before this show and now I'm loving every I'm learning from this show and from what I'm reading about Kamala Khan
I have a feeling that scene with Carol is actually a clip from The Marvels, like how Ant-Man used a scene from Civil War as its post credit scene.
What if the Terrigen mist accident already happened? Just like MCU did't show Peter getting bit by radio active spider..... they are doing the same with her ! She might not know that the mist was gave her powers & in future they might trace her powers to the terrigen accident !
Also she's a HUMAN MUTATE & Charles Xavier might help her.
There are different kind of mutations ! Like Radioactive Mutation, Gamma mutation, Inhuman Mutation & X gene mutation. In Spider- Man the animated series Spidey goes to Charles Xavier cause he was MUTATING into a six legged monster. Charles accepted anyone who had been mutated by accident or born with X Mutant gene in his school and teach them how to control their powers. Also character like Hulk, Spider-man etc who got their powers later by accident rather than being born with it are known in the comics as MUTATES ! Charles has X-men members who aren't even Mutants for EG. Quick Silver, Longshot, Hepzibah, mimic, ink, warbird etc
Not X-Men but the introduction of mutants
@@sharmu5338 They are trying to go away from inhumans it seems like. Mutants wouldn't go through the terrigen mist.

Oh hector!! I cried, too at that moment. This is my new favorite Disney + show. Like y'all it's the family and community aspect that hooked me. Then going to Pakistan and learning even more about that culture and it's history was so special and the superhero stuff was just the cherry. Not one actor in this show was weak.
It is Stark tech taken in Spiderman NWH I'm shocked they forgot
The only part of Tony Stark's inventions which engineers who are not Tony Stark can understand and work with.

🥺unfortunately we do need to wait an extra year for The Marvel.
@@rayawira Plus they have Fantastic Four coming up, and I'm sure they want Reed Richards to be the first MCU stretchy-guy.
I sort of think its ironic that the one thing MCU fans have been waiting for appears in a show that too masny of them didn't watch because "it's not for them" 😁
Loved this series, the last 10 mins of episode 5 was a bit of a wobble they brought it in for a good landing.
Kamala's brother was the lowkey star of the episode. His comedic timing was amazing.
No, they meant mutant. If it were inhumans, her brother and mother would have it too. Inhuman genes are inherited. Also, that X-Men tune sealed it.
THE MARVELS is definitely my most anticipated Marvel film. I’m bias yes but it’s gonna be HUGE. Such a big swing y’all
Omg I had to rewatch that scene so many time I lost count.
Made me think of...

Totally unexpected ending but at the same time expected.
I kinda expected Carol to show up but not like what happened in the ending😭
the conversation in the light cocoon between Kamran and Kamala gave me that Charles/Erik dynamic. the idea that there's no home for people like us. it made me smile. i love this show so very much. i have the score/soundtrack now and i am so completely happy. i really HOPE we get a season two.
You know what I am so damn excited for? The scene where Kamala's mom and Carol meet haha. The look on here face after a crash and Carol Danvers ass comes walking out? LMAOOOO. PLEASE have the whole family home for that scene hahaha.
I really love how everything came together story-wise, the stuff with the family was really amazing and the mutant reveal along with the post credit scene will have people talking for a long time
I'm thinking the movie might involve 3-way-jumping between Kamala, Carol, and Monica, and that's what forces the 3 together, despite Monica's apparent bad blood with Carol (likely for causing her mother's cancer.)
As the original Captain Marvel fan-girl, Monica might re-learn from Kamala how much she loves Carol and why.
Ms Marvel is by far the BEST marvel show bar none!

This was one of my favourite reactions from you guys yet! So much positivity and the reactions to the last 2 scenes were exactly how I felt! 🤯
Came here for the reaction to exactly THE THING and y'all did not disappoint.
So in the first episode, Kamala went into what was probably the Negative Zone when she first put on the band and activated it, when she was thrown into that other dark world. So they definitely seem to be the Negabands
