My mom dated this guy years ago before I was born, and she got along well with his mom (her name was Mrs. Ross). Mrs. Ross even remembered my mom's birthday, while her son forgot. Eventually they broke up, but she still kept in touch with her until her final days. Mrs. Ross even gave me presents -- mostly dresses and toys. She was a very nice lady may she rest in peace.

This was like when me and my girlfriend broke up and my mom was mad that I was moving on so fast and I already had a new girlfriend but then since my mom didn’t like the relationship my girlfriend felt as if my mom didn’t like her so she decided to breakup with me and my mom did miss my ex and it makes me even more upset that she still can’t get over my old friends and calls my new friends “fake”
