Thank you so much. I I am an American with Swedish ancestry, your learning channel has been so helpful, but the best part is seeing theSwediahoutdoors. Let's see some of the family occasionally!
I’m very glad that this isn’t a “goodbye” video, after all. I've enjoyed them all. Nix did a great job with this compilation. I’m glad we're going to be able to see more videos from Emelie and her family in the future. Stay safe and well.
Fantastic!!! Our lovely girl is back. Great compilation trip down memory lane. I enjoyed it all and the railway journey was great. Lovely summer weather. Now then young Emilie get out there and make more. Your DVD is a real tonic during the pandemic lockdown. Nix has the right idea, you don't need a lot of stuff if you have your bottle of beer. I like his style.
I confess. I had forgotten how charming and delightful your videos were. Probably my age! hehehe. Nix has done a great job reminding us all. Please continue my dear. I have missed you so much.
I enjoyed watching your series. I enjoyed watching the quality of your pocket knives increase to the Spyderco level. I had a real been there, done that moment (38) when an inferior knife fell apart while batoning some wood. LoL Obviously you were a lot more skilled at the end of the videos than at the beginning. I regret not seeing more of your videos in the past year. Hoping you return to YT someday.
Just spent an hour being very entertained, well done Emelie and thank's Nix for the compilation, nice work guys! Here's hoping for many, many more hours of: WOW's, BRRRR's, WOHOO's, YAY's and of course a lot more "AS WE SAY IN SWEDEN"! I also thought, why not try and give you guy's a few new video ideas (and I encourage others who reads this comment to do the same). What do you think about: Fishing and how to smoke fish in an ABU smoker. First aid in the forest, what to do if you get hurt and you are alone far from help. (Maybe get an expert from the national guard and do some realistic exercises with bandages, splints and stuff...). Working with leather, making your own knife sheath or a pouch for tinder. Visiting a Swedish sami knife maker and maybe try to make one yourself. Carving a Kuksa cup. Mushroom picking and preparation. I hope you both get inspired by my (and others) suggestions. And of course make more cooking in the wild videos, I just love those ones...
Missed hearing you say Resin! I hope you and your family have had a great year, and you have continued to challenge yourself. I miss hearing about Sweden and everything else in that area of the world. Much love from the US!
Great to see this history recap. Hope you decide to stick around and do not get deterred by the negativity of some less appreciative people on RUclips. All the best.
Oh wow😁- how time flies! I remember every video, and hope you will continue to produce them. Nix did a great job. I think now it's time to say thank you Emelie. I've learned a lot from you. And if I couldn't go out, or if I didn't have the time, you always managed to give me a smile and a good mood. That's why you (both) are important to me. Dear Emelie and Nix, thank's lot!
I can't think of anyone other than you that I could watch hour after hour of video, sifting through to compile this particular work of art. What a great retrospective! Sooo happy you're back. (Edit) - Nix did an amazing job of putting this together. He must have taken days to go through all this! Excellent job! If you weren't 5000 miles away I'd buy him a beer!
Thanks! Like most everyone, I remember all of these scenes from your previous videos. This was a very good job of editing, making for a most enjoyable video.I look forward to your next endeavors - whatever they may be 😊.
All is right with the world ---at least for 1 hour 38 minutes! This is the shear relaxation we all need just now in these troubled time, Emilie. I haven't seen anything from you for some time: because you haven't made any! I hope you and the family have been well. Nice to see this compilation. I remember seeing some of them :-) I'll give ant jam a miss, thank you! I used teased out birch bark for tinder that lights well with a spark if fine enough. It's actually very good for burning as kindling or more. Very smoky though! I'm impressed by the steel oven: I think my grandson (8) and I will try something like that in my back garden :-). We made tea in an old syrup tin on the fire last year or so.(time flies!) Thanks for making this for us. Best wishes for your adventures from Scotland.
it's great that you're back! the video is wonderful .. so many great moments edited together. whatever you keep filming, enjoy it and it will be great. (and we will watch it with pleasure :) ) All of you stay healthy, happy and confident !!
A great compilation. Your channel was the first I subscribed to, and I would go on to discover many others and make new friends as a result, but it started with this channel, so thank you Emelie. Thanks to Nix too for the edit. Take care 👍🙂💖
'No bad weather, only bad clothing' is something I have quoted to my friends more than once. :) You have come along way from that first fire and that first emergency shelter. Nicely put together compilation of your journey so far. :)

I remember them all, favorite, the ORANGE emergency tarp.lolo. Swimming in the sea while on the island, the tasty ants, lolololo, maybe try garlic next time. Was getting ready to sleep at 3:30am, when saw you up-loaded the video. 5am , now will sleep.
