I agree I lost 80 pounds to just kinda eating meat and a salad. For some reason people think that you need to crash diet or do vegan and stuff. Maybe he body responds better to it? That's all I can assume but congratulations on your weightloss !

@@teeshcampbell6233 no one said you need to that's what worked for her AND she has a thyroid issue which makes digesting meat and dairy particularly harder for some I personally have a recessive gene that makes me sensitive to most meat so inget lethargic nausea and bad acne from it so I went vegan not to lose weight but to combat all of that and it worked. That doesnt mean I think everyone needs to be vegan to fix their skin and she said whe wants to make a lifestyle change not a crach diet.

It's much more impressive for a woman that's had children to fit back in to her wedding dress.
