    l'erreur 124-315, j'ai essayé IOT SYS1 et SYS2 Mais l'imprimante n'a pas reconnu le sys2, (seulement des étoiles) ni iot

      I'm not sure what you mean, but you don't have to do anything with sys2. Simply remember the serial number on sys1 and enter it twice.

      You need to press and hold 0 for around 4 seconds, then hit start without releasing 0.

      Alternatively, you might try completely cleaning the touchscreen because dirt can occasionally cause the touch screen to malfunction.

      Mungkin Anda tidak menahan 0 cukup lama? Coba tahan 0 selama 5 detik sebelum menekan start.

      Error 010-375 → "The system indicates that the electricity supply to the heating unit is insufficient. Please inspect the electrical system starting from the power outlet. It is recommended to avoid using power strips. Check the electrical connections of both the household wiring and the wiring of various panels, with a focus on the panel supplying power to the heating unit or IH panel."

      ​@@MyChannel-vm7oi Sorry, I have no idea how to fix it but the Xerox technician in this video (at 2m 22s timestamp) advised that the heat belt be checked to ensure that it is not entirely cold.
