Shadow Ampharos better or worse?

Uhmm.. tough one honestly, i dont have one so cant speak from experience but i would guess that with the normal rn u will be able to for instance take a shadow blast burn from a ‘zard and prob other examples as well where regular one should be better. So would advice you to take that one!
