Please note that the Chint DTSU666 three-phase meter featured in this video is customized for Hoymiles. If you are interested in this export management function, please contact Hoymiles to purchase the meter.

Hello, I've been trying for 2 weeks now to set up this meter solution for 2 clients. One with a split phase system, one with a 3 phase system. Both cases the meter always shows offline. I've tried every possible solution. I've been in contact with the local hoymiles support but no succes. Could you guys point me in the dirrection of some support that can help me? I would much apprecuate it. There is no export control, just metering import and export of energy to and from the grid

Hello! If a system in a house is divided in 2 due to space, and they are connected to different "load centers" within the same house, would I need 2 Dtus and 2 Chint meters? Thanks!

Thanks for your question. This depends. If the two systems in the same house are not far apart, then one DTU would be enough. If there are obstacles like thick walls in between, then you may need 2 DTUs. Whatever the case, one Chint meter will be fine as it is connect in your distribution box
