It was just Stell, Josh and Pablo (with understudy Jah) when they were on the verge of quitting. Pasok na talaga kasi sina Pablo, Stell, and Josh sa SB19 that time and they were looking for other members to complete them. Then, understudy Jah came (recruited by Josh). Then, Josh personally hand-picked Ken. Ganun kataas ang kumpyansa ni Josh kay Ken. Good thing Ken really believed in himself and the company. Ken was open-minded to believe in Josh. He took the risk.
Josh has a good eye on other people’s potential. I remember he also provided a plane ticket for Ken from Zamboanga to Manila even though he, himself, was suffering financial hardship back then. He refused to fail and that helped SB19 a lot. It just goes to show that his life experiences had made him brave to take chances.
