I would guess it's from The Chemycal Wedding of Christian Rosenkreutz, which is what the song is based on. Here is my best guess at to what he is saying: "Of the primeval priests of simmered power, when eternals spurred back his religion and gave him a place in the north, obscure, void, and solitary. The chemical wedding, my friends!"
