PDO threads are safe, non-surgical way to lift and generate new collagen. Dr. T, founder of RejuvenationMD, walks you through a Cat-Eye Lift so you know what to expect.
Our patient was numbed with lidocaine and epinephrine, as you can see, the procedure can still be a little spicy in some areas. The good news is that once the thread has been inserted and the cannula has been removed, the discomfort dissipates quickly. Cat-eye treatments take about 10 minutes and there's no downtime, so our patient can resume normal activity immediately after treatment.

So no after pictures? Don't look like much of a difference so like 🤔
5 threads ---> about $1500 ?
@st4stinger4 So that's $300 per thread. Is that the going rate? If it lasts 6 months, you'll need to spend $3000/yeaer. At that rate, you could do a brow lift that lasts 10-15 years for 2 years of maintining the threads.
@@justinajones3000 You can get almost a year out of threads. Here in NY, thats about the going rate +/-. Also, some people just dont want to have surgery.
Since there are so many factors involved, it depends! Our procedures are customized to you and your body. Call us at (360) 982-2620 with any questions ❤️️
@@st4stinger4 Almost a year...so, the 'effective results' are gone within the year. I can't understand why people wouldn't want to do surgery if they are concerned with "going under". I didn't get general when I did a SMAS facelift in 2015. Just Merced and Novacain/lidocaine injections for the pain of incision. I was thinking about threads to maintain the lift next years, but at these prices, I hope the surgeon I went to in BH is still practicing. Thank you so much for your input.
I feel the technician should have had her hair covered or pulled back doing the threads. not very sanitary.
Before and after pictures are helpful.
Why would you use PDO when doing Cog threads instead of a longer-lasting material like PCL or plla? It seems if you're going through all of that you'd want something that would last longer.
So..we can tell patient that results after 3 months?...nobody can wait this long time.
3-4 months is how long it takes the body to make collagen and new tissue. This is nonsurgical, using the body's natural processes to regenerate new collagen, fibrin and elastin. You can't speed it up.

@@RejuvenationMD can I have Fone # to call , I would like to do a v lifting
Wish you had tied them before cutting…. Other than that super job!!!!
Right. No knot? So what's holding them? Waste of my time watching this with no afters and I'm sure waste of money if you ask me. I see absolutely no difference. She has no cat eyes but same eyea
There's absolutely no need to knot them. They hook into the tissue so you just pull the thread & cut. Maybe you're getting confused with older types of threads that were used in the early 2000s, perhaps they required knotting.
