They have Hogwarts and the entire surrounding area. They could add DLC missions and new students and stories to this for 5 years.

Have you read WB's direction and strategy going forward? It's all about live-service games now, so they couldn't care less on making single player content from now on.
They would’ve made more money with an online mode. Raids with friends. Duels. Co-op story. Hopefully there’s a 2nd installment. Basic Single players are stale it’s time to evolve.
