I love how everything is so open and peaceful around there. As much as i like the trails in Derbyshire, a lot of them go through or close to farms and similar properties, so I don't always feel perfectly welcome.

I know what you mean. If I go to a familiar route at Sedbergh I have to go right through a farm year with a big metal squeaky gate! Best wishes out there.

I had a mid week wild camp on Hazelhurst Fell on Tuesday, I managed a stunning sunset. I do love the Forest of Bowland. It’s always so quiet. All the best mate
