I contacted to Lenovo service they troubleshooted the laptop but it doesn't work so I visited to authorized Lenovo service center they said that your laptop will be fixed in 4-5 days after 4 days I picked up the laptop they just only formatted it and not install even a simple widows update I had to update drivers and windows by myself. Games like Marvel rivals run smoothly before the service now it also start showing the same problem. Pls anyone can help me🙏🙏🙏. I am facing this problem for about 2 months

Cpu is the bottlenecking factor , CPU is not as powerful as needed to push GPU to its full usage , those games which are CPU intensive , you can see GPU usage is not 100 percent usage , 4060 needs atleast 13450hx to perform somewhat better

CPU bottleneck and the CPU 2.5 to 2.6mhz which is heavly bottleneck and the fps are very low in some games because these games have required cpu single core performance and the GPU can get low fps and GPU usage are 60 to 70%.
