In other words when he says at the end "Let's check it out" he really means "Well Mike should win but there's a very good chance that it's staged so Let's see what happens". That was basically his nice way of putting it, and I'm kind of in the same boat as him.
And without the tinfoil hat it means: "I don't want to make a prediction, let's just see what happens"
Well it's not worth stagging, Jake already has a lose and this is an exibition with no winner, but mike tyson is a different man now who probably won't want to hurt jake seeing how he praises him on podcasts

After Leonard knocked out Lalonde he considered possibly fighting Mike Tyson around 89 time frame. Which was supposed to take place in place of the Spinks vs. Tyson fight. That fight wouldve been bigger than the Spinks fight but Leonard sparred against Oliver McCall and got spanked so bad and McCall was one of Tysons best sparring partners so he decided otherwise. Oh well
