Kelly Park at Rock Springs

Kelly Park Rock Springs is a 355-acre site donated by Dr. Howard A. Kellt in 1927 for use as a public part. The pristine body of water known as Rock Springs is a natural free-flowing spring . The spring holds a constant temperature of 68 F (20 C) and is really refreshing on a hot summerday.
