- Despite how easily tricked I am, and how morally flexible I become when it comes to a talking sword, I get the best ending! Sometimes it pays to do exactly as you're told.

I loved your playthrough!! Really enjoyed your inner mental monologue with every decision, I was smiling the whole time! Inside the soul space, it seems your ENB is very bright, but a shade darker you would have seen you became an incorporeal light that heals Daumbra by proximity. Without your heals Umbra wins the duel because she hits a lot harder.
Also, after the exorcism when you need to beat Umbra, if you use the Daumbra Killer dagger she goes down in one shot, but yes, I'm glad you noticed she is much weaker!
If you try to put Daumbra into Naenra's body she has a few lines about it. Also.... notice her staff is missing? Keep an eye out for "mail" :)
This gives me fuel to work on Chapter III, it'll come out this year, hopefully Christmas! Thank you for playing!
This is such a great mod you created! I'm going to start my own playthrough this weekend!
When it's finished please god get a woman to re-voice Naenra. I'm sure the voice actor tried the best but really that drags the whole mod down so badly.

I always laugh when Clavicus tries to pull the, "what about those poor women you butchered," bit with the head canon reply of, "You mean those fool forsworn who insist on me assisting their suicide, one after the other?"

I didnt feel a single shred of guilt for alot of the women I chose, to give her a body, because every last one of them litterally tried to kill me as a forsworn ir a bandit. Lol and i was so angry at Alva and her manipulative plan to take over morthal i made her, Daumbra's body. I have no regrets lol.

When I played through this mod I got to Archwind point while being conrolled by Umbra. And I use the populated ruins mods so there was a lot of enemies. Also a Legendary dragon showed up. I wasn't very good with two handed weapons, and I couldn't cast any spells or switch weapons. So I decided to call some help. So I used shouts to summon Nafaalilargus and Odahviing. With their help I killed the Legendary dragon and undead in the place. I talked to Naenra and she was like "Hold on for 10 seconds!" The problem is Nafaalilargus didn't the memo and one shot her. Ended up as Umbra for enternity. Thought it was kind of fitting.
Still, a better love story than Twilight.
I mean technically if you became a Vampire, you'd be immortal and would be able to stay with her forever. XD Also that Dialogue... " May I give you a hug" LOL.
I like the idea that he becomes a powerful mage that can extend his life. Theres lots of cases of it even that telvanni magister that makes it from morrowind to skyrim is thousands of years old. I like to think also because of his touching the soul cairn counts for something.
Didn't quite expect so much emotion from this mod but then again it is a talking sword and the Dragonborn together. The other endings now I fear for Daumbra

I think it's cool that the music, that is played when Daumbra vs. Umbra Fight, is the Same when you fight against Creation Club Umbra.
But perhaps it is the context in which words are spoken that gives them the power of meaning...

Great mod! 1 minor critic, daumbra starts out with all the beloved dialogue right away. It would have been nice to see the relationship build up to that kind of dialogue
He explained why this happened at one of the episodes, basically her quests are planned for you to take gradually while you level up you don't have access to everything right away to get attached to her more naturally and progressively

To be fair, it's not much faster than vanilla marriage if you speed run it like in video.

I really love a mod that has it's own lore-friendly story and the different endings make it more interesting. Great playthrough!

While the canonicity of creation club is questionable, I wonder what the Umbra creation will mean going forward.

There is a talking sword mod called Lilacor, that would go well with this mod, 2 talking swords? 1 that fights on its own?
I don't see this as the best ending. Kinda horrible really. You lost Daumbra and then Umbra controls your body. Yeah that's not a good ending
What happens if you give more of you soul to Daumbra when you were swapping out her God-Flesh?
can you still wield daumbra if you decide to bring her body back?
I can't believe I missed that mod page that details the choices. Definitely helps me which path I wanna take to make it to chapter 3 without Daumbra trying to be all lovey-dovey to my female character.

one of my favorite things about this mod is that you can get a very unique line of dialogue with Daumbra at theend of the best ending
if you happen to be a vampire at the time you finish There Is An Umbra, you'll have a new dialogue option telling her about your immortality and that you'll live by her side forever
