I have learned that compromising is a waste of time and money! Recently, I redid my room and instead of waiting until I could afford everything and get what I actually wanted...I compromised and got cheaper things, different colors. & now I am regretting it a lot because now I'm gonna have to pay more money to get the things i actually want. So definitely go after what you really want!!

I honestly feel like Jayla will like New York for the first few months and then decide she doesn't like it.... New York seems like a nice place when you come visit, or stay a few months. But once you live here for more than 2 years you'll find its very annoying. Traffic all the time, crowded trains, overpriced rent, dirty streets especially when it starts SNOWING !! Rude people ! But it does have a lot of opportunities so I understand... BEST OF LUCK!!

Asha Sharron shit. I live N.Y. now . D.c. was the best looking apartment to me. I can not see her living in N.Y. long term. She is right . It is a hard place to move to. A lot of people are transient here. I see her living in queens or far out in Brooklyn.
