Hi Jon. @20:40, crank the table in as far as you can, then slide the plate forward against the knee ways for a super fast and very accurate 'X' axis alignment. Clamp as needed.
Hi Jon, another great video, your very versatile at your craft, that was some heavy metal , and two phone Tony sure laid it down good, very nice weld, that ain't coming apart anytime soon. Looking forward to the next one, right on man, best wishe's to you and your's, Stuart.uk.
Jon, that was a cool project! As a retired machinist i love those kinds of videos. Tony did a phenomenal job of welding for you! That was a pretty heavy duty piece. Subscribers tell your friends to watch and subscribe to RIGHT ON WITH JON CRANE! I dont think they will be disappointed. Roger
Right on Roger! I’m glad you liked it! That cool to hear that you are a machinist. 😃🗜🔧⚙️ Yes Tony is great at laying down those beads. That’s all that guy does all day long. 💪💫
Wow, I was fascinated. Beautiful welds. That band saw could use some love. Why don't you rebuild that gizmo over a couple of episodes? Just a thought.... Thanks. It's appreciated.
Beefy Stuff........I spent 5-6 years working with structural steel..........Nowadays I spend about 5-6 minutes a year welding an occasional project around the house. I have an Old Atlas Horizontal Mill, probably not up to this task.
Jon - That was great! Working that 1" thick steel requires all the big boy toys! Thanks for sharing! 😃👍
Thanks John! Yeah it’s fun the film some of the jobs coming through the shop. 😃💫🚀 That lock video you just did was great!
