I was an atheist before I came to the Lord. I went through deliverance for the first time in my life last year and boy, is her description accurate. I saw what the spirit did with my body when they were casting out generational witchcraft off of me. When I came back to myself I apologized, I said, I was no longer in control of my body. It's like you are seeing the movie but someone else is directing it. I feared this thing being stuck and me not being able to come back to myself. This is very real, and it's also why deliverance is a must for every believer.
Yes, that's exactly how I felt during my first deliverance. It felt like a shift spiritually and the best way I can describe it is, I went to the background and was just an observer of sorts. The spirit or spirits were talking through me and I was just sort of in the background casually observing. However, I learned that I did have control/authority over the spirits but at the time, I had never experienced anything like that so I didn't really understand what was taking place.

In my opinion, posession is when the demonic entities have full-fledged use of a person to the point where the person goes off to another place and can't even object or observe what is occurring. Also, Christians can absolutely have demons. They don't automatically leave just because you become saved.

The first one is a language that is personal to each individual and it doesn't need interpretation because we are speaking to God. The second type needs an interpretation because it's for when God gives someone a word for people in a gathering or in a church service. So, either the speaker or someone else should interpret that word given in tongues. Here, he is speaking in his own personal tongue. He's not giving a prophetic word from God, he's just praying to Him, so, it doesn't need interpretation. Hope that makes sense. GBU 🙌

When i got delivered, i had the exact experience she is saying. My body was manifestjng, but i was like in a back seat, waiting for it to stop and be free. And when everyt ing stopped i cried only "Jesus!" Nothing else was coming out of my mouth! When i got delivered, i had the exact experience she is saying. My body was manifestjng, but i was like in a back seat, waiting for it to stop and be free. And when everyt ing stopped i cried only "Jesus!" Nothing else was coming out of my mouth!
