    Yeah, but how do you go about making sure that the malware is really removed from your machine?

      Flash the Bios, reinstall RAM memory, reinstall Windows or from image backup made prior to Ransomware.

    I used restore and it only restored a portion of the files. Don't trust One Drive. I'm switching to Proton Drive. Just sayin.
