I am 60 years old now. I know how much the Church teaching has helped ❤ I suffer plenty of long term illnesses..The word of wisdom safe my life.Truly blessed i eat little of red meat. I am also thankful that my children love to have a moral that's don't drink alcohol , cigarettes never in my life. my struggle is with coffee and earl gray tea. I believe in everything comes from our church is good it's teaching happy ways to make it this falling earth! I am a irregular lds but not a true believer love it❤
