Just a question , I thought the equation for enthalpy change was Q/1000n whereas you don’t seem to have done it in this question ? Probably missing something here but slightly confused 😅
I change Q to kJ before calculating enthalpy change. Looks like you’re keeping it in J with your method
hi sir, i thought that for the first question you would take away the reactants from the products so why did you do the opposite?
If you subtract the second equation it puts the NaCl on the wrong side of the final equation.
Hi just wondering why NaNO2 is sodium nitrate rather than sodium nitrite as nitrites are NO2?
nitrite is allowed in the markscheme
