    This has got to be in the top 5 most valuable tech tutorials to be found anywhere. Absolute appreciation for your time and effort in making this video. Just one question, where can we find the the prompts for this? I can only see the JSON files. Massive thanks....

      @@RoniBliss That was there from before the video, but it's a tracker of what calls are being made to later match it with the EndOfCall report from VAPI

    Resource Hub link is now fixed! Website provider wasn't being very nice so we found a workaround. Now take them and build build build!

    Great video! I'll be converting my complex agents into squads now thanks to you! I would have loved to see how the texting of the booking link worked, mine emails the link. Also, you had outbound calling in the Make scenario. So that same squad and do inbound and outbound calls?

    I've watched this a few times now and keep getting more out of it! I see you've created bi-directional relationships between agents on the dashboard as well as in the json. Does this basically mean that Squads can be either static or transient?

      Yes that’s exactly right! And now the UI changed in VAPI to let you call them within the platforms and editing the behavior

    Love this material. In the 3rd squad member you said they sent a text with a schedule link and they waited. Where do you put the link and how to trigger this send. Using a text number or the agent’s number. How is this done? Love it !❤

    Hey Ajelo, i have downloaded the VAPI_SQUADS_2_make_example template but its now allowing me to import and i am running into the error but the other template works VAPI_SQUADS_1_structure.

    Great video as usual! I have a few questions for you. Do we need to disconnect our phone number from all the assistants to make these squads work? If yes, I've done this, but when I make a call, it didn't connect that. How can we solve that?

      Thank you for the question! That’s where the Make automation comes in. Make sure you follow the Make steps laid out in the video. Let me know if there’s anywhere specifically that you get stuck :)

      @@AlejoAndPaige Thanks for your reply I followed all the steps and disconnected the number with all the assistants but when I make a call it says need to debug the assistant

      Then check your Make setup:
      1) go back to the homescreen and choose the scenario
      2) you should see the history with an Error on the right side of the screen
      3) click on the error symbol in the module that’s showing an error
      4) follow the errors to fix it.
      Give it your best shot, it took me hours to debug mine so don’t get discouraged!
      - check that your API key and phone number id are correct
      - copy all the JSON for the assistants and paste it in jsonlint.com , and it will tell you if there are errors there.
      After you’ve spent a solid hour trying to fix it, feel free to book a call with me and we can look at it together. You’ll facepalm yourself when you find what the error was. This is what progress feels like!

      Great question. Absolutely, that's where System Design comes in. Would you want it to be an available option for every agent or something that only the Fallback agent could do as a last resort?

      Yes it can. You can forward to external numbers in Vapi and its not limited to 1 number.

      It’s not about Vapi. Check the transcriber (deepgram, etc) and voice providers (11labs, etc)
