Hey Dona! Thanks, that's well explained, but I wonder if I need these 3 Make scenarios for a restaurant? Knowing that there are no visits to schedule or property to research, but only questions or a table reservation on a certain date, is the Make “get assistant” blueprint enough, linked to Airtable (only with two "Leads" and "Transcripts" tables)?
Thank you Dona for this interesting content. I tried to implement a similar make process using google sheet, but I could'nt acces the message content to get out the caller phone number to check if it's known in my sheet database. any idea about to solve this issue
What a good video, you have my respect. I have a request which is that you can create a tutorial in which VAPI is calling the clients and in the middle of the call the AI confirms information that it is going to search for in Google Sheets and since each client is a different row in Google Sheets, no I know how you can do that in detail. I thank you enormously in advance. 😎
Thanks! To do that you can use a tool that calls an API (on Make for example) and do the search in the spreadsheet and return the response while the user is on the phone. You can also create a transient agent and inject the data directly in the prompt while creating the agent. The latter is good only when the amount of data is small as you dont want a prompt that is too big. Feel free to join the Skool community as I will do some live Q&A and building sessions 😉
Hello, great video. VAPI is a very cool app. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I have a question, or maybe someone else knows. I work at a real estate agency, and I would love to use VAPI. Could you help me set it up for a fee?
Great tutorial. Thanks for sharing. Would be nice to see the customer get an sms with details and also an email sent with the details to the customers email address 😊
Hello again, how do you deal with unanswered calls? do you have a template for that, i want the AI to call new leads that coming to my GHL CRM but what if a lead does not answer the call or the leads says too busy right now call me another time etc..is calling the lead at least 3 times with 5 min gaps good enough...and if they still dont answer tag them unanswered so humans can call the lead.. or maybe try few more days with the AI untill we reach a point where we tag it human-call or something like that..--your help is much appreciated.thanks in advance.
I am building AI Voice Agents for my clients so yes I have full working examples. You can send sms, whatsapp messages as well and integrate with CRM or tools like GoHighLevel. What AI Voice Agent do you want to build?
Bro idk why I did all of the setup in VAPI even added the MAKE webhook and after testing it once it worked well but in the next try the VAPI setup got changed automatically. Out of no where and even spoiled the make webhook structure. Could u pls help me to fix that. VAPI is changing its settings automatically.
VAPI has been a little unstable lately. I've had some issues and needed to press publish multiple times to save the flow. I would highly recommend to save the prompt somewhere else to not lose the changes. You can also raise issues on their discord server
How do I set up an assistant that answer basic FAQs about the business and after the call is done send an email or text message to the caller with a booking link to the business calendar.
@@partsunknownbeatz5803 You can use the Knowledge Base to add FAQ about the business. For the email part, you can connect Gmail to Make. I have a video coming about that next week!
How to set up an assistant that will call homeowners, ask specific questions, and enter the responses into a table? Please advise, I'm very interested. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏
Hi Dona! You’re explanation and the examples are extremely helpful! How do I connect the my GHL calendar to this scenario? My guess is change get property details to get appointment details and have it fetch the available slots on the calendar?
@@MikeSpears You will need to create a tool on VAPI that calls a webhook on Make.com. There you can use HTTP Requests on a make scenario and reach the GHL API: highlevel.stoplight.io/docs/integrations/7f694ee8bd969-get-free-slots This one will give you the free slots available on GHL. You have other API calls on GHL to book appointments for example You can also connect the tool to GHL directly, have a webhook there and do all what you need. Feel free to join the Skool Community as we will do building hours there. You can also book a call with me if you need direct guidance and assistance.
For security reason, asking the user to tell their credit card number on the phone is way too risky and problematic. The best way I would handle that is to send a Stripe payment links by SMS, WhatsApp or email for the user to complete the payment
It's a good video. Not a great video. You skipped over a bunch of functions you showed us what you had done and how you did a lot of it. A great video would be creating all of those objects and function calls
Thanks - this is great. Not over complicated at all for the use case. I like the fact that it is using Airtable than Google Sheets.

Hey Dona does your Vapi handle Thai language also? 😃 if so, what are the costs involved for you to make this?

Thanks for the great video, is it possible to integrate Vapi with calendars so that it books directly into them?
Yes it is possible with Google Calendar and Cal.com. With Calendly you can only retrieve the availability but not schedule
