I really really enjoyed this. My faves was your fathers Omega, you are so lucky to have that. I adore the DJ as well, the Seiko Guigiaro is just insanely cool, and as for your G-shock, I could not agree more, everyone needs one! My first time here, you deffo earned my subscription. Have a great NYE and thank you for taking the time to sharing this. I look forward to watching more. Onward, upwards and best regards, TGV
Omg I’m freaking out. You are the GOAT and I’ve enjoyed your channel throughout my whole journey. Onward and upwards always. Thank you so so much you made my year. Much love.
TGV - I just don't see other YT folks of your stature dropping into a video like this and leaving such an engaged and kind comment. It's really warmed my heart. I immediately took a trip to the watchbox and popped on my Rangemaster v1 (currently with the v2 strap attached that Marc was nice enough to sell me). Pure class!!! Happy New Year mate!
Awesome collection, awesome collecting philosophy, awesome vibes… awesome. My favorite SOTC video this year on youtube. Also that’s my personal favorite Tudor, and the GS is absolutely beautiful. I wish more watch enthusiasts were like this. I get the feeling you dig your own watches, and you’re not just rattling off reasons why other people should like them.
This means so much to me, thank you. The Tudor is my first grail and a forever mainstay in my collection. I don’t care what anyone says about the size / style. The GS was an unexpected love. I’m wearing it right now as I’m typing this. Again, means so much. Always learning, always growing with knowledge. More to come!
Beautiful storytelling and beautifully shot, I really enjoyed this. Lol'ed at the bit when you said "That averages to one watch a month. That's not good." I love how each piece is a reflection of your journey with watches. Looking forward to the next SOTC!
Love hearing your feelings towards each watch, really enjoyable to hear each backstory and the meaning behind your collection. aesthetics and edit on point
I am so happy this video came up in my recommended. See you at 100k subs in no time. Refreshing and enjoyable content! Going to check out your other stuff now.
I loved this. I am a big believer that the story around a watch is more important than the watches themselves, and it was great to hear yours. Great collection. Thanks!
Not many RUclipsrs do an honest but emotional review of their watches nowadays but this does make it through the whole video with takeaways ideas and thoughts. Good job and keep up!
I love the way you speak about your watches. Its earnest, genuine and I resonate so much with your connection to these devices. Keep making content on what brings you joy and passion. Cheers
You are a nice humble man! Your channel is budding one and looking at the content I'm sure It won't take long to grow to a family of 1M. I'm the kind of person who is in hurry and always watch youtube videos on 2x but you are an exception. I watched three of your videos on 1x. Well kudos to you!! Keep posting your videos.
Hey thanks for putting this video out when you did. Really enjoyed the story behind each piece and the strong diversity across the collection. It’s a comprehensive group you should be proud of. The Oris gmt, Tudor, giugaro Seiko, and GS spring drive really stuck out as amazing choices but the whole video was fire. Happy new year. I’m inspired
Awesome to see the vintage Seiko! I was just in Japan last week and stumbled on that same watch shop in Harajuku when I was vintage watch shopping. Great selection. Awesome collection!
Thanks so much for sharing - very relatable! I thoroughly enjoyed chilling while you talked about your watches. I got into the hobby about 4 years ago myself and I feel like we've been exposed to many of the same influences. FWIW, I think you 100% got the better end of the deal with your Oris - what a fantastic watch. I'd love a GMT/worldtimer so I took notice of this one! RUclips plugged you hard judging by the fact it got served to TGV and popped up prominently in my feed. 🤣 Subscribed, and wishing you much success. Happy New Year!
My friend! Thank you and yes, I will continue to believe I got the better end of the deal with the Oris. I appreciate the kind words and thanks for the sub!
Very dope collection. A lot of variety and personality. Also a relatable because I also have a prx, a black bay 41 heritage , a Rolex and a grand seiko! Cheers from Chicago
Both great watches, and both watches hit way above their price point. I think the PRX has a slight edge over the Speedtimer as far as feel / build quality. The Speedtimer and the PRX would make a great 2 watch collection actually. Just get both!! #yolo Jkjk 😭
Whiteout knowing anything about this specific Omega watch I will say that I don’t agree it’s a female watch (it might be), just look no further than Patek Philippe Ellipse 18K White Gold watch Ref. 3548 clearly male watch. I will definitely wear this Omega I have similar wrist size like you.
Only a child could write such bullshit! That‘s all what is childish here. There are definetly „fine time pieces“ with quartz movements as well. Imagine that, there are even some with exhibition case backs. F.P. Journe Élégante, Grand Seiko SBGP017 for example. And lets not forget that it will still run more precise than your Rolex and has a better shock resistence, which job related can make the difference in what you choose. Especialy when talking G-Shocks with it‘s mega following world wide. But wait, Rolex… Rolex has it’s own Oysterquartz by the way. So, just because you don‘t like em, doesn‘t mean there are none. Taste obviuosly and luckily differ.
@@TheFuturisticVintagedon’t listen to the hate. Other people may not like your collection but you will always love it because each one of those watches is many memories of your life. Also quartz watches are still very nice and reliable and you may love it or hate it but they will be around forever. 😊

How Tissot PRX and Seiko SSC991 compares with the build/feel quality/ ?

That vintage Omega is a female watch!
