The first movie had this "light in the darkness" vibe while the second movie has this "darkness in the light" vibe. I personally prefer the first movie but I still think the second one is good

The movie “Chicken Run” is absolutely good, And it’s sequel “Dawn of the Nugget” is pretty decent

Maybe i had too much expectations. The first one blew me away. The second... was fine. It is by no means bad, but I can't help but feel disappointed. Which is realist though, as the characters experienced something so impactful they will never live something so intense again.
I do praise the second reading, about the treatment of the animals in the factory. As the first movie represented Germany in the 30's and 40's, this one might be a critic on another ideology and country. Not sure which one though.

I don't take that by offense at all, I actually enjoy British Claymation, it has a different setting to everything else I used to watch, I can't really explain why though. Example: When I watch anything action nowadays, it's just people shooting at each other for the past hour with a very basic plot.

I find Chicken Run 2 unfunny predictable and lazy. It did bother me how the voice actors were changed especially Ginger, who was noticeably different while Rocky was reduced to dumb comic relief. Mrs Tweedy had all the threat and menace from the first film gone. I love Aardman. However recently their stories have been poor. With Pirates the last film I enjoyed.

I remeber when I was younger I had the vhs of chicken run and would rewatch it alot and liked it alot as a kid. Suprised me when I saw the trailer from part 2

I like the the Wallace and Gromit film, its just not as good as the shorts.
Flushed away is really bad in my opinion.

I've always been aware of that one but I have never seen it. I know its kind of a click bait film. I get a lot of requests but I'll watch out for that one. The issue I have currently is that I'm ill and I have a load of other videos I'm working on! I got back from the USA to do a Migration review as its not out until February in the UK. So that one will be next

First act is the setup of the conflict of the movie and the characters. Second act is Molly in the Factory and the Chicken's breaking in. The third act is the resolution.
