And DSD Dante will not have Sin Stinger for his Sin Devil Trigger
So, I booted it up and checked him out. The nunchucks form is presented as the neutral, base form that he carries around on his back and is in the menus. But he never, ever uses any nunchuck attacks. So it's technically there, but not in any meaningful way.

I think the ice element dante will be a separate dante from dmc3. I'm assuming it a business decision move. Plus the dmc3 version was the first only ice. @dmc_poc just make sure you give us some more new game play content like new modes, bosses, enemies, pvp like 2v2, and more.
