½ teaspoon Minced Garlic
2oz All Purpose Seasoning and Fish Season
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 small onion chopped
1 teaspoon fresh minced thyme
2 green onions chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1 medium Hot Pepper (Habanero, Scotch Bonnet or Chili Peppers) , Optional
1cup Okra
½ red bell and yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2cup Carrot
Salt and pepper to taste
