I’m literally about to go to the beauty supply to get hair for my braids! Before I do my braids I always co-wash and (maybe) shampoo it. Something I just started doing recently is a protein treatment before or after braids. I do it before if I feel like my hair isn’t as strong as it could be or afterwards to rebuild my hair
