- Pretty sure Garuga isn't coming to Iceborne, I killed them all! Sad I couldn't stop the limp, thought he would get tripped for sure at the end. Gonna take a long break from him, maybe try out some different weapons too :p

llDarlingJRoséll It’s good but really hard to find openings for energy charge/demon riot without wasting a lot of time or getting wrecked like I did. Probably not ideal for smooth consistent runs, it’s fun though!

Yeah… this can definitely be better and cleaner 😆. I usually fight him with hammer and gs and he easier

Nice run! garuga is a nasty chicken... where do you prefer alchemy SA and where striker?
GeORG -theproject- Alchemy is a bit better dps so I’ll use that if a monster has easy to reach weakpoints. Usually striker is better though, more precise and easy to reach those high heads
i know this is late comment but would you recommend trump card for switch axe oor is it better to just go for raw dmg?
I honestly never even tried that skill. It might have a niche use but I’ve watched a lot of speedruns by ppl much better than me and they always go for raw dmg/crit meta so I think that would be better

I actually wish I could've played the demo more, but real life caught up along with a bunch of unforeseen stuff. So I pretty much only could play that on Friday ;_; Guess I'll be back to GU for a last few days. Or maybe not, I dunno. You seem to be at home tho :p
Deaga Yes... real life... work is super busy for me right now and kinda gotta take advantage of that to pay off bills and stuff so I’m probably gonna hold off on Iceborne for a while. Would be too depressing to get it now and never be able to play it lol probably gonna have to wait a couple months. GU on the go is much better for me until winter when work will finally be dead. Good luck this weekend though have fun for me!! 😀
I noticed you don't like using the discharge move. Isn't it mandatory in striker?
Was trying to keep his head stunlocked and the regular attacks seemed better for it. I don’t really know how to properly fight Garuga with SA though, kinda got beat up a bit lol

@@caolanberg3837 axe mode is more fun imo, I wish it had something other than a barely noticeable buff in tempest axe
Din McDango Me too. My favourite is MH4U Switch Axe, it’s kinda weak but it feels so great to use. I hate 3ds controls though, can’t have it all I suppose
