Even if it is approved, the timeline is dreadfully long. I often think how nice it would have been to be able to hire an attorney, go to court and have a judge decide. That wasn’t an option

My husband submitted a fake divorce decree. His green card was denied. We reapplied, the officer asked him if he ever submitted a fraudulent document and he said no. His green card was denied again for lying to the USCIS officer.

Hi Jim keep up the good work , I am a LPR ( green card holder ) I was place in removals processing as an convicted aggravated felon I was granted a 212 C waiver by a immigration judge on January 2022 , my Question to you is will I be able to travel out the USA to Belize for vacation an return back to the USA from Belize without any problems from customs .
