If you use the doggie car seat, you should use a harness collar instead of a collar around their neck. If they decide to jump out, you don’t want them to choke because of a collar on their neck is attached to the seat.

I got the pet hair remover with the double sided brush. However, the gold side sounds like it's snagging or going to destroy my couch fabric/carpet. Anyone else?

I have gone on their website but can not find info on how to return something. Where should I look for this info??? I too am glad your fur babies have a new carseat. They will be much safer in the car.
You can look on the website under “my orders” and you can find the specific item you need to return. They will walk you thru he process. It’s very simple. Let me know if you cannot find it.
@@joyceprescott3475 in the app you can look at the bottom of the screen and click on “you” It will bring up all your orders and you can do the return that way as well. Hope this helps!

I am a pet car seat advocate because my dog was killed in a horrible incident and if I would have had him secure he would he alive today. And we were " just running over to the pet store A couple miles away... So I would never have guessed in a million years I wouldn't be coming home with him!!! So please please everyone who loves ur dogs and cats no matter how far the car ride is...please SECURE THE FUR BABIES!!!!!! Please I live wit
