it's refreshing to see someone pushing this champ's meta instead of just complaining about her. I only picked up the game a couple weeks ago and fell in love with playing deadlock. It's been a nightmare to try to find good *serious* players of her to learn from. Happy to have found one :)

For the first blood ult, this is especially nice on Breeze to counter ops since that map is all about enabling your operator on defense. When you know where the operator(s) commonly peek at the start of the round, you can ult them off of barrier drop before they have time to react to dash or teleport away. Since the op is usually topfrag, the defenders commonly drop their positions to go save their "best player", makes for easy multikills to start building up your next ultimate immediately >:)

2:04 Yup, because you have full control over your movement and when you stop to shoot. So if they continue to move or if they stop, either way you can displace their aim and still get the headshot out
I miss the old meta that DRX uses, the triple Initiator. Fade, Sova, Jett, Kay/O and Astra for Ascent. They use that comp in Champions 2022. I love Andrew being in the video.
At 2:58, would the play be better if you wait until the Jett started shooting at the cocoon? And peaked when their crosshair was off and recoil was high?
I feel like this video ultimately proves that deadlock is useless, over half the clips is you clutching with the ult and without using util. The clutch on split was pure gunplay/ your sensor didn’t even go off in time to actually help you. I keep seeing your team smoking your wall because that’s the way to make it viable when sage can accomplish that job without wasting a smoke. This video was mostly clutched without the need for her utility.
Nah man i main this what they called worst agent and i ranked up to immo 1 from silver 🤣 its not that its worst its just that u have to know how to properly use her utils Deadlock is OP in Ascent and Split and bonus if u have lineups for ult
